He was the best we’ve ever had. We were facing Christmas without an oven because one of the big delivery companies that claims delivery installations and recycling decided January 2024 was in time for Christmas. We were fuming. Had to renegotiate delivery which was only possible if we could install the gas hob ourselves. He came and disconnected the gas on the 13th December so that they could take away the existing appliances and install the electric oven. And that was all they did… so WPH had to reconnect the gas and install the entire hob unit as the other company didn’t even take it out of the wrapping on the 14th December, WPH can do anything, he checked the new appliance, installed it fully and checked the gas and electrics. He saved Christmas for us and went above and beyond. Would happily recommend in the future..

Found Luke on the Internet, I needed my boiler serviced, I was a bit worried as no-one had heard of him, I thought well as he is local we would give him a go .We are so pleased we did,he came and serviced the boiler and gave me comentry on what he was doing .The boiler passed with flying colours,so was only charged the fee he quoted, but not only did he do the boiler he checked the overflow outside and checked my gas hob then went outside and checked I had no leeks from my meter, I've never had that before. We had him back 2days later as we wanted a thermostat fitting and that didn't take long .Luk is a well mannered young man, just starting on his own ,I would definitely recommend him to anyone ,and I'm glad now I'm on his books, as this time next year he's going to be a busy man. Great service by a very good company, turned up on time gave great advice as to what was required to fit our new combi boiler. The job was completed in under a day, they were very respectful and friendly, leaving us very pleased with their work. can't praise them enough.

Absolutely can't fault this company reliable trustworthy and honest I've had a few other plumbers who just rip you off but not these would highly recommend them
