I would like to thank the team for such a quick, human personal response to a problem I had yesterday with my. West hill Energies.
This bike is so important for me to get my daily pick up of medication from my chemist.
My chemist is a 4 mile round trip. With long wide road which goes into hills.
It's a long walk and hard cycling.
I have COPD which means the electric support I get makes all the difference in me traveling anywhere for me .
After having to suddenly cycle the route with no power was hard and exhausted me.
Very upset thinking I was going to be bike less and facing a outlay to repair my problem.
I called customer service who quickly answered my call. Said they talk to tech team and called me back.
They also let me speak with tech team who also really helpful.
I'm pleased to say as quickly as the problem arrived it has has also corrected itself.
Top marks to all at West hill.

My Westhill ST Classic is 5 years old and it's given me great service. Westhill Bikes have fitted a new controller with no labour charge. In addition, a new light, handlebar display and battery connector were all supplied and fitted for no additional charge. A great service from a great company!

A special mention to Jade for keeping me updated and Callam for fixing,testing and future advice. My trusty bike was delivered very quickly and very well packaged.Hopefully I will now many more miles use.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westhill for product and after sales service.

I bought an electric Westhill Classic bike some 6 years ago and it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Great to ride, fantastic brakes. I keep one pannier permanently attached and it seems to be cavernous, the day's shopping slips in. Stand works well and the spring on the rack holds a cable lock in place. All very easy. I wish it had a rear light and a lock built into the body.

I loved my Westhill Classic until the other day when I was normally cycling and the large bottom weld snapped.
No problems in 4.5 years of ownership otherwise.
It's knackered already

The bike was delivered in August 22. Had problems form the first ride and left messages for a call back but nobody ever does call you back. The communication is non existent and attitude is clear they do not care at all once they have your money. Their independent dealer who is local to me confirmed that the bike was faulty and should be replaced but they refuse to acknowledge this. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE, you have been warned!

I love my classic Westhill electric bike. It's brilliant with my saddle bags when I go swimming or shopping and gets me around quickly and easily. When my screen got damaged recently in the very high winds, Austin and team were really helpful identifying the replacement screen I needed to get that out to me. The bike is great, performs well and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Brought my westhill venture from Hereford electric bikes and they were fantastic had a little problem and John came out to me within 30 min ,and got in touch with westhill and got a reply very quickly and this bike is amazing would recommend westhill to anybody

Just received my Folding Ebike and its perfect, light enough to get in my motor home easily, battery is very simple to remove and the ride quality is amazing I forgot that it was a folding bike.

These guys are about as good as customer service can get!
They contacted me the day I bought the Westhill Venture e-bike to thank me for my purchase and arrange a delivery date.
The bike arrived very well packaged and protected.
I had a spot of bother putting the bike together but I rang them and they video called me straight away to talk me through what to do.
Been very friendly and respectful from start to finish and the bike rides like a dream.

After taking her 1st trip on her new Westhill Venture E-bike my wife is over the moon with it, 7 as I had already made my review we thought it would be only right to say how she felt about owning her 1st E-bike which is the start of our new Adventures on E-bikes, this model is just 24kgs with the battery & is easy to operate & ride, also the help we had from all concerned at Electirc Rider & Westhillbikes was great as there is nothing they can't help you with, we would recommend both companies for future sales for sure.

We bought a Classic step through model, thus far it has been brilliant. It will easily do 60 miles assist on reasonably flat runs. We also have 2 pannier baskets from Westhill. They look a bit strange but work well, wife likes them because they make the bike look wider and cars give her more room.

I bought a 2018 demo model for a very good price earlier this year.
Boy has it transformed my biking experience! I’ve always cycled all my life and enjoyed it but an ebike adds another dimension.
The Gost model has given me all I want in an ebike-light weight enough to pedal most of the time but a kick for those big ups and a boost to get me home on the long runs. I easily get 50mls and more per charge on that basis. It’s then always there when you need it. It’s looks like a normal Hybrid with none of the clunkiness and bulkiness of other bikes.
The service from Westhill was good and the bike arrived next day and was easily assembled. It’s been faultless ever since.
I’m on the look out for another one for my partner.

I purchased two Ghost bikes to use when I am not on my motor bike to ride on country lanes. I found them to be excellent value and great fun, and they look good to.

Bought 2 bikes from Westhill and immediately noticed that one of the bikes had scratches to the battery and frame, it also had 7 miles on the clock even though it was sold to me at full price as new.

3 weeks later I had to be without both bikes for a week due to repairs to the motors. One of the bikes came back even worse than before displaying error messages with loud grinding noises coming from inside the motor.

The manager of Westhill insisted that the bike be returned to his head office for diagnostics so he could resolve the problem. I took the bike back to the store I bought it from (Cycle King) so DPD could pick it up. After receiving the bike from DPD, doing diagnostics on the bike, replacing the wheel and taking it for a long test ride to confirm the problem had been fixed he sent me an e-mail letting me know. He then decides after this to let me know there is significant damage to the bike frame and mudguard that I had purchased myself, the gear cable was also badly damaged and frayed. Westhill asked me for video proof that the damage was not there before I sent it to him. I sent him 2 very long videos showing every inch of the bike just before I took it to the store and the store even sent him their word that there was no damage to the frame when they received the bike from me and boxed it to send to Westhill for repair.

I am now being completely ignored by Westhill and they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for the damage caused while the bike was in their care. Apparently my video evidence is not good enough for them even though they have no evidence of their own to prove that they did not cause the damage themselves while replacing the wheel. If they received the bike from me or Cycle King damaged the first thing they would do is to take a picture upon receiving it.

The bike took a long time to get back to me and Cycle King had to spend ages trying to repair the damage Westhill had done to the bike while I stood watching. The store told me that Westhill had obviously caused the damage by clamping the bike up with no rubber guards when they changed the wheel and then dishonestly tried to get away with it by blaming me and the store instead of owning up for their mistakes. Appalling behaviour.

I had to fight to get some compensation for the damage. I think the store I bought it from ended up having to pay for Westhill's incompetence as Westhill would still not take responsibility for their own actions. I am just glad that Cycle King were so professional and understanding in helping me resolve all of the issues I had with Westhill. Much respect to them.
