When I was making the order, I noticed that the shipping and billing addresses were mixed up. (They were automatically added due to past purchases) I took the time to make it right so that my order would be shipped and billed correctly. However, they got mixed up again. I'm not sure what happened, but I DID get my order. It was a hassle to have to go to another address and to take the billing to correct address. Please check into your systems to see if the wording is mixed up on the prompts for the customer. I did my due diligence to ensure it was correct before submitting the order. I remember because it was frustrating to have to enter the information instead of it being correct automatically.
