Failure to Return Security Deposit – Potential Legal Concern
I closed my account over four months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit. This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear response or resolution. Meanwhile, this company has no issue charging fees and interest promptly, yet fails to return customer funds in a timely manner.
Holding a customer’s money for this long without justification raises serious concerns about business practices and accountability. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to explore further actions to recover my funds.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.
