Service booked; no comms thereafter
Booked my car in for a service, got forwarded to a garage with an automated response - left message to garage through whocanfixmycar only to be ignored - was given a date for service but no time - had to call garage on day of service to be told "Sorry, this slipped through the net". Had to completely re-plan my weekend.

One lousy ridiculous high quote
Asked for a quote for a basic cambelt and water pump replace. C2 Citroen petrol.
A complete timing belt kit by Bosch can be bought for around £79 labour is around 3hrs. I got only one ridiculous quote for £883 !. This job should never be more than £400 max . I will never use this service again and I will not reccomend it to any one else.

Battery Replacement
I recently got a quote from Morleys Motors for battery replacement, and overall I was pleased with the service. The work was completed, which I appreciated. Pricing was fair compared to other garages I’ve used in the past, with no unexpected costs added on. I would consider using Morleys Motors again in the future and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable garage.

Fair enough it gets you quotes as others do. The messaging service does not work well and cannot open any messages received from garages . Just get an error message when try to read moe. There is also pointless mapping as well.

I had a quote from DM Automotive…
I had a quote from DM Automotive repairs in Oulton Broad for a replacement wet belt on the Vauxhall Corsa which came in at a really good price so booked it in for replacement on the 21st April 2026. I received a telephone call later that day as it was completed. Went and picked the car up and paid in full. The whole process was effortless and had good service from the garage. Very pleased with the outcome and will return if other work is needed.

Very good vehicle electrician that won’t rip you off
Sam was prompt, polite and very competent. I would recommend him to anyone for vehicle electrical work. He even saved my money by repairing a component rather than simply recommending replacement.
