We were in to pick a new bathroom and en-suite. Bernard helped us with the whole process. From keeping us right with sizes to showing us options and styles all whilst keeping a lovely calm approach. Happy with our purchase and even more so with the help from Bernard.

Bought shower panels
Bought shower panels and some were damaged on delivery, contacted them and replacements sent next day , a big mention to Dylan who was brilliant from start to finish ,sorted problem within seconds . We opted for odhar tile line panels , the mapei silicone colour if anybody is interested is 112 medium grey , matches beautifully.

New en suite
At the Hillington showroom we again found Lynsay very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She was a tremendous assistance helping us order our new ensuite. She was very patient and takes an obvious pride in helping customers. She was able to advise us of the different products and options available to us and made the whole process run smoothly.

Went to collect my bathroom stuff , the man dumped it outside and wouldn't give me a lift with the heavy stuff into my van and all the small stuff just scattered all over and damaged, surely when u spend thousands of pound there they should help and maybe put a smile on there faces

Where to begin with this
Where to begin with this. Ordered four bronze spotlights online, I'll collect. Received a phonecall saying they had two in stock and would order two more into store. Went to collect and after waiting for 20 minutes, an employee came out with three lights, one was Chrome. He said they didn't have four, I also pointed out one was Chrome. He said "ah well, just two then". The boy at the counter said there was meant to be six in stock so after another 25 minute wait, they checked again. And again couldn't find them. I asked for a refund to which they weren't sure how to process. Then couldn't print a refund. After the best part of an hour I left. An utter shambles with no organisation.

From the incorrect stock information and item supplied, to the repeated delays and difficulty processing your refund, it’s understandable why this felt disorganised and disappointing. Waiting for nearly an hour only to leave without a proper resolution is not acceptable, and I sincerely apologise for that experience.
