Wickes - Bolton Avis 

Dimensions were measured wrong by Wickes themself and when we asked to return the cupboard that didn’t fit due to no fault of our own it took them months to finally accept it back.

We still haven’t received the bath clips needed to secure the bath panel. We were told to call customer service, I’ve tried now many times and cannot continue to hold after waiting 1 hour for someone to answer. Really frustrating terrible customer service and extremely expensive prices.

Our kitchen project has been a labour of love due to the requirements of our extension. I have to say our designer Antony, went above and beyond to create the kitchen of our dreams. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we asked for last minute changes. During the course of the installation, we had a few challenges to over come, such as a steel beam which was much lower than expected. The Kitchen fitter was able to work with these additional problems and I have to say the finish is outstanding. Thank you to both Antony and Paul for all their hard work on our project, we intend to enjoy every part of our kitchen.

Spend £20K on a Kitchen and have the worse experience of your life. Currently on hold and have just been laughed at by a manager in store. JOKERS

We are delighted with our new Wickes kitchen. The whole experience from the design stage to fitting was made all the smoother and more enjoyable by the efforts of our designer, Antony, and our fitter, Michael.
The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent and we are very grateful to them both for the friendly and helpful way in which they accommodated our every wish.

Opted for Click & Collect knowing I could reverse right up to the door and put the heavy items straight into the car. Wrong decision. Followed the instructions and booked the time to collect, arrived a little early and notified them of my arrival. After near ten minutes wait received a message that the app had timed out and to go instore. Went in store only to be told short staffed. They new they were short staffed before I set off and could have messaged to say collect in store instead of leaving me waiting. No wonder the stores are closing all over when you can get things delivered to your door for less than the cost of your wasted time.

Ordered a Handy 10L jerry can and spout - a bit pricy but worth paying more for quality. Travelled 30 miles to Wickes Bolton to collect.

Totally disappointed to be handed a jerry can that looked nothing like the picture or description on their site, was twice the height.

Quality looked awful with exposed welded seams so had to ask for a refund. The staff couldn't have cared less. Tried calling customer services but no answer so gave up. Bait and switch!
