I been to a lot of Wickes stores
I been to a lot of Wickes stores but this one is by far the best and thats because of the staff. Especially Mandy, she helped me with my difficult paint order today and she was patient, professional and extremely helpful. Pam was also very helpful. Highly recommend this store

Great experience, found what we needed straight away. Service from Donna on the checkout was first class, introduced us to the trade card and explained about the solar panels that we could potentially get 10% off.

I use the Braintree store regular as a Trade Pro customer and find Donna and the team happy and helpful.
As an example, when I collect sheet material, one of the team are always willing to give me lift.
Till check out is good, and should queue form they are prompt opening other till positions.

Donna was very helpful and polite
Donna was very helpful and polite. I was returning some items that I had over ordered from the Braintree store. I had to pick some more materials up for tomorrow, been a hard day at work. He politeness, over all self was a breath of fresh air.

Helpful young man
After a very unhelpful young lady the day before, we were very impressed with a young man named Sonney who found what we were looking for in the warehouse and brought a pallet out on a trolley. We were then able to complete our cloakroom.
