What a poor experience from Wickes
Paid a lot of money for our dream bathroom, but it became a nightmare instead, why did I sign up to Wickes

The Bulwell store could not be bothered with us once the bathroom was fitted, and the after sales just more or less said tough you were happy with the 3d computer design, we expected a bit more professional help to rectify our issues

Kerry Daniels for customer experience advised they are not sorting out the poor fitting toilet and the vanity unit, tough luck

Now we need to pay again to get another bathroom fitted that is practical for our everyday use

Wickes recommended a big fat NO

Always use this wickes store, staff are always polite and helpful. But I wanted to give a big appreciation to Sean that works here. He always helps and goes above and beyond. I had a problem with finding a certain piece for my hosepipe. I went home to get the pieces i had, to bring back to him after asking for help. His shift had just finished by the time I came back to the store, but he was adamant he was helping me!! Over 30+ minutes it took to sort out. (made a piece up) I was and still am so grateful as that piece worked brilliantly! Its rare staff anywhere would stay and help, but Sean did!! Great employee you have here for sure! Date is estimated but i think he will remember lol. THANK YOU SEAN

I went in to get a specific type of paint and was helped by a really friendly member of staff (I think her name was Lisa)
She gave me really great advice on which paint to use and it did the job perfectly.
Overall a fantastic experience and I will definitely use Wickes in Bulwell again

Returned an item as I had bought too many. I didn't realise until I got home that I had been refunded the wrong product. I contacted the branch and spoke a female who came across very negative and basically didn't respond well .
I visited the branch yesterday to sort things out and was truly surprised by how well the manager dealt with the issue.so well done Russ from bulwell/ Nottingham 5*

Raphael made the whole process really easy and the design easy to follow and everything easy to understand lt helped that we had had the kitchen installed earlier in the year
Only downside was having deliveries from outside sources which made it a bit disruptive

WOW FACTOR!! by Sean, spent time with me making sure I got the right tools for a small project.
Brilliant customer service well done.

Colour match was great got exactly the paint we needed. Super helpful sales team

I went in to make a large order using a gift card as I could not use this online. Lewis was really helpful putting the order through on the computer, sorting the delivery date and then using my gift card. I was able to collect specific items straight away so the service was very efficient. Really recommend going into the store if you require support.

We went into the store this morning to get a shelf. We asked a member of staff names Sean for some help. To say he went above and beyond wouldn’t do his customer service justice. He helped us so much with everything we needed to know! I know it was just a shelf but as a young couple starting of in a new home DIY advice was very much needed. He was such a happy guy, full of guidance and so so kind!

I’ve recently moved to the area and came to wicked for some paint. I seen the solar display, then spoke to Nadine to get more info information. She answered my questions professionally then took some details to send to solar for an agent to contact me to advise further. I will visit this store again

Love visiting this store, staff are always extremely helpful. As a DIYer I sometimes need some advice and everyone I’ve spoke to in this store is always happy to spend the time helping. Nothing ever seems too much

Another visit to the Bulwell store today, and I am never disappointed when I visit, really helpful staff and such a tidy store. Well done to the team in there.

This review is specifically for Steve ward at the Bulwell store. I bought something couple of weeks ago and got a wrong delivery. Steve took his time to look at the situation, spoke calmly with smile on his face even when this was a complex issue. Steve you are amazing, special kind of a man. The issue was resolved and I am extremely grateful for Steve intervention. Other worker should emulate steve

Great customer service from Sean. Came in today to get some skirting boards, he was very helpful, showed me different designs and offered to carry them to my car and made sure they fit. Thank you

Great customer service from Rafael, he was so helpful from the start of ordering my new kitchen.

Had some units to be returned and some damaged units to be replaced, Rafael sorting the damaged units out quickly and also sorted out my refund for my returned items, I also had to order some other units to complete my kitchen to which Rafael sorted this out for me as well.

Went into Wickes Bulwell to look at Kitchens. We booked a visit with Raphael. Appointment was on a couple of days and design was ready 2 days later. Raphael was very helpful, advised us on all designs with different changes. I would highly recommend 👌

I visited Wicks store in Bulwell Nottingham and I found the staff to be very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful, especially Lisa & Sean.
Wicks….these two are a credit to your company.
