Exceptional service – staff went above and beyond!
I visited the Canning Town branch today on a very tight schedule with an Uber waiting outside. I was blown away by the initiative of the security staff - his name was Febieu. Despite it not being his primary role, Febieu stepped in immediately to help me locate almost everything on my list. He then seamlessly coordinated with another colleague on the floor to find my final item.
To top it off, when I was worried about the checkout queue and my waiting taxi, the same security guard, Febiue, took the initiative to explain the situation to the other customers. Thanks to his kindness—and the generosity of the other shoppers—I was able to get to the front of the queue and away on time.
Febiue even politely declined a tip, suggesting a review instead - that's when I was given his name. This is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Febiue turned a stressful, rushed trip into a seamless one - and he deserves special recognition for that.

Brilliant customer service
I was looking around the store for some items and couldnt find it so i asked for some help and Mo/ Oliur were super in their customer service. Aswell as receiving advice on products they recommended which i found it to be solid advice. Highly recommend visiting this store for your DIY needs.

Brilliant manager
Oliur Khan the manager of this Wickes is always very helpful. For last 20 years as a building contractor I found that I prefer to go to this Wickes store because he is always ready to help his customers. Sometimes he helps me with returns at the till as well as lifting on the shop floor. His help is very much appreciated and attracts customers to come back.
