I came into Wickes today not quite sure which type of paint I was looking for. A very helpful young lady called Aaliyah helped me find the right one straight away and made my experience much easier.

Very poor Chesham experience
Booked an appointmen for a kitchen design, got email confirmation, drove 30 mins to get there. No one there to see me. A staff member with a beard came and said she does not start that early, looked like I was an annoyance and he could rebook possibly later that day or another. No apology for my wasted time and petrol to get there. He showed no evidence of caring and when I said he could have apologised he just said in return ‘yeah’. I have ordered a kitchen from Howdens instead as they have excellent customer service. Lesson learnt.
