Molly.made the whole process straight forward and worked hard to deliver what we wanted at the very best price, she is a joy to work with.

Molly was super helpful from start to finish, didn’t rush or feel pushy in anyway, and even though I changed my mind on colours (again) she was very attentive. She came to our home and measured up and had all floor plans sent the next day. Then on our showroom visit went through everything with us again being super helpful. On our booking and arranging delivery nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely lady and an asset to the company, I will be highly recommending Molly to friends and family, Thanks Again Molly xx

We had issues with an integrated fridge freezer not working correctly. We had an engineer to look at the freezer and they advised that the fitter never fitted a vent to allow cold air to circulate and this was the reason the freezer was not as cold as it should be.
We approached Wickes but as it was outside there guarantee period they refused to help.

I cannot recommend Wickes and in particular Molly enough! Molly designed our bathroom last year and so impressed were we with our experience we have returned this year to have our kitchen designed by her too! The skill and expertise Molly has in how to maximise the space in the room is superb. She has endless patience and made many changes to the original design to accommodate everything we wanted in both the bathroom and kitchen. We always felt Molly was just as invested as us in creating the most beautiful bathroom and kitchen possible for our home. We love both the bathroom and kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wickes and Molly again and would highly recommend! Please start doing fitted bedrooms now!!

I went into Wickes store at Clifton, Greater Manchester, to purchase components to make a dog ramp for my car. I had postoperative design and had selected products the Wickes Web site. Unfortunately, I was to buy via click and collect. In store I explained my needs to Clare, who asked Dean to assist me, which was especially important given my disabled status. Can was meticulous in matching good to my spec and project purpose. Even to the point of helping to load my car, Can was extra helpful. Best service I've enjoyed in years.

Just been to Wickes in Clifton, Manchester. What a depressing experience. The staff serving on the tills really need to make some sort of an effort to engage with customers. You want to make more people buy from you start with your staff customer service which is currently nil.

Fitted a new kitchen for my mother in law, not the strongest carcasses i have worked with, lots of small parts missing from sealed bags but the worse for me were the aluminium edging strips that profile is nothing like the worktops, lots of filing aluminium required.

We had a lovely experience at Wickes with Selma leading the way in designing our kitchen. Selma was fantastic - always accommodating and ensuring we were happy at every stage. Extremely patient and helpful in making our plans a reality. Can't thank selma enough and definitely highly recommend her services!

Helpful staff, prices were competitive, difficult items in terms of size and weight delivered next working day at reasonable cost.

Michelle was our kitchen designer and made the whole process of creating our new kitchen simple and clear. It was easy to add or remove aspects of the design throughout the process.
We used our own kitchen fitter and had any support we needed in terms of fitting always available.

Just bought some paint in the Clifton store and Claire the assistant made my shopping experience really pleasant, she was the best shop assistant I have come across in years, she was so helpful and pleasant, she went above and beyond to find the item I wanted and I think she deserves a mention. She made my day, I will definitely return, Thank you.

Called in Salford branch yesterday to buy a can of GT85, great customer service at the till and no queue. Went to use it today but I was curious about the weight so put it on my kitchen scales, it should contain 400ml of fluid but only weight around 370ml including can and cap. I don't think people testing it in store would have used so much. No point in going back for exchange as this was the last one (which probably explains the short fall). Next nearest was Bury a 1 to 1 1/2 hour round trip which would of more than doubled the cost. Lesson learnt ie go somewhere else🙁

Molly was amazing! She really knows what she is doing, and she did such a brilliant design for our kitchen and utility. She was super friendly, and very patient with our toddler too! We can't wait for our new kitchen.

We recently went to look at the Wickes kitchen range and was assisted without any pushy sales pitches. We then saw units we liked and requested that they draw plans for us and we met Molly Hooley. A very knowledgeable helpful person who came to our home within a few days and drew up a couple of plans again within a day or two. After several changes due to my indecisiveness we came up with the final plans. Molly was very patient, understanding and thorough throughout. It is refreshing to see that there are still people that do care about their work and want to make sure the customers gets what they want. Many thanks to Molly.
