Debbie sparling at Colchester store was brilliant. Her ability to suggest ideas, provide solutions to problem areas and have passion and knowledge about what could be achieved was fantastic. We're really looking forward to seeing her designs.

I am thrilled with my new kitchen from Wickes. The design consultant visited my home and a few days later I visited the store to view the computerised design. The design consultant was very helpful, friendly, very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. He made the process so easy for me. I opted to have the Wickes kitchen fitted by a local installer, who promptly surveyed my property. He produced a very detailed dashboard, displaying information clearly and comprehensively. The whole project ran very smoothly and was completed on time. The design consultant and local installer made me feel choosing Wickes Kitchens was the right decision.

I have recently purchased a kitchen from Wickes Colchester, after a meeting in store with their design consultant Andrew Lovlee. Andrew was excellent, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took into consideration everything I require for my new kitchen and offered sensible suggestions to suit my space and budget. He made the whole experience enjoyable and I’m looking forward to receiving my new kitchen.

Empty flat needed a Kitchen. Andrew Lovlee was the consultant. From start to finish the.process was flawless and Andrew guided through every step of the way. We would highly recommend Wickes Colchester and Andrew

Had a Wickes kitchen installed by them in October and had a positive experience from beginning to end. John was a most helpful designer who also helped to make sure deliveries came at the right time. The installation firm and MIke the Fitter did a brilliant job. The one door that was scratched was quickly replaced without fuss as was one missing unit fixng. And everything was organised for all the old parts of the kithen to be taken away by Hippo whan the job had been completed.

Andrew Lovlee was an excellent consultant at Wickes in Colchester. He really listened to our needs for our kitchen renovations. His knowledge, design skills and advice were excellent to us. We did not feel rushed or pressured at any point. Andrew was professional and polite throughout the appointment. We are really looking forward to our new kitchen. Thank you Andrew and Wickes.

We were looking for a new kitchen to replace our 20+ year old one. We went to Wickes Colchester and, after looking around the show kitchens, spoke to John one of their planners. He booked us in for a home visit where he took all the necessary measurements and a week or so later we went back to Wickes Colchester to see what John had planned. We were amazed, he really hit the nail on the head in terms of planning exactly what we were looking for. Within a week the Wickes approved contractor came to do his survey and gather more information about what exactly we wanted such as location of sockets etc.
After our kitchen units and white goods were delivered, the contractor sent two fitters to demolish our old kitchen and fit the new one. What a transformation we are so pleased we decided to use Wickes to buy our new kitchen from, the whole process was smooth and we felt looked after from our initial conversation with John to having the kitchen signed off as complete.

Friendly & efficient service with our kitchen planning. James was good at offering alternative ideas during the design process. Free visit to check measurements. After ordering we needed to make some changes to the order as we had been able to take a wall down to open the kitchen up. Again James was very helpful , knowledgeable and patient drawing up the new design. Recommended- good selection of kitchens & appliances available.

Sonia was so incredibly helpful, she gave me excellent advice. Her kindness made my day and meant that I had everything I needed for my DIY project!

I have found Wickes after sales service to be extremely poor, I bought a Kitch from them, and while the design team were initially very good, the after sales team have been dreadful, Once I placed the order I was told I would get a delivery date in the next few hours, 24 hours later I had nothing, I chased the store who advised I had to send a customer care ticket, I raised this and was then told by customer care I needed to speak to the store, I went back and forward three times before being told I had to myself chase their IT team as this looks to be a system glitch, I dont know why customer care wuld not take this on, with another few calls and hours of my time I got it sorted,
Kitche was delivered, but I was one handle short, i called the store, I am told they dont stock handles.... i have to raise a ticket again, i have had a ticket open for 5 days now, no reply, just for a handle, it is so poor.

Andrew was extremely friendly. He understood the look I wanted to achieve, he listened to what I wanted, then gave suggestions which I would not have thought or known about. He made me feel very confident, he knew his products very well. I would definitely recommend him as a kitchen designer.

Got off to a great start , met with AJ. Wicks kitchen designer, he was friendly, professional and made sure I was happy with his design. I was allocated a kitchen fitter, Amber who was amazing and really knows how to put a kitchen together, would highly recommend . Overall Wicks are definitely worth a visit for anyone wanting a new kitchen

I received a parking fine today for a visit I made to Wickes Colchester last month which was over 45 mins. There’s no screen on arrival to put reg details into and no warning notice that I saw in the shop upon entry. It’s easy to spend more than 45mins in a shop that sells kitchens and bathrooms as well as everything else so I’m sure I’m not the only one that’s been fined. I shop there regularly and normally pay on gift card so if I can’t find a receipt I’ve got no proof of shopping there. It’s incredibly poor and shortsighted to treat customers like this especially when they haven’t clearly provided warning notices in the shop or a screen to enter reg details into upon arrival. I can’t risk shopping there again so they’ve just lost my business. Very disappointing from Wickes!

James Clark wickes Colchester very helpful from the start of design to completion fitter was excellent nothing to much trouble all finished to a high standard

James was patient, Helpful, friendly & flexible. He steered us through options & possibilities without being overbearing or putting us under pressure.
We bought the kitchen. Thank you James for your support.

I used Wickes due to convenience of materials in stock, and delivery to a very difficult out the way place, however the job I was doing building stairs and rails etc on a Luxury farm building required specific suitable materials that would qualify for a finishing product, and I admit, quite surprisingly all went so well, and the finishing look was more than I expected and could ask for, reasonable affordability and arrived all on time, products many all perfect. I received a bonus for work and quality, my gratitude is shown for this review, thank you.

Started off great with Andrew Lovelee all these promises made reviews looked great. After 12k purchase also had my own project coordinator.

Andrew has been impossible to get hold off during these weeks and ignored emails said to start he was always available, Josh went off long term sick - So in that time I had 6-8 different people run the project with no understanding hence the delays and issues.

Original delivery I took the day off to accept goods, to be told can’t deliver as lorry to big and it wasn’t they was just lazy to walk item up the slope 5 meters, so following day I had to take another day off work and the team then brought all items and signed off, few days into install team realized the splash backs and plinths had not been delivered and was not on the delivery sheet!

Not sure how many damaged items was received over the last 6 weeks must be double figures!

Multiple replacement delivery's was sent to the house even thou I spoke to your team and was sent in a message being clear to go to the installers and said that was done…. It wasn’t the team lied yet again. Even you Josh said that was not acceptable and not sure why your team lied. Also couple delivery was sent to wrong site the installers your team didn’t check yet again.

First few weeks I was having to make constant phone calls to installer and the Wickes team as you was not making communication to Spires, Andrew said I shouldn’t be having to do this very stressful being a middle man not the service I paid for.

Boiler housing was not measured correctly.

Each time the replacements have been sent that adds on 3-5 days hence we are on the 8th week and still not completed.

While in this time I have not had use of my driveway as 2 big skip bags in the way from the kitchen install and cannot park for 9 week.

Slow response from the wickes team a few times and a lack of communication, spending nearly 12 thousand pound with you and feel a lack of respect and a service I was promised by Andrew I have not received.

Also on the phone been lied to multiple times saying it be delivered with Wickes. Person confirmed last few delivery’s was not as promised proof in recordings.

Wickes customer service overall team are a shambles.

I bought a lot of floorboards and battens to build a shed and it all worked perfectly. I had overbought some of the materials and refunds were offered for bring backs. I was also offered a 10% discount retrospectively, because I had not originally been told about the Wickes club.
