John McCormick was very helpful at my initial visit in designing the type of units I required and where they would be placed. We then chose the type of units and suitable worktops. Tony Moorfoot was the installer and meticulous in checking all the component parts on arrival. This continued as he virtually single- handedly,apart from electrical installations, installed all my units and completed the tiling.

John designed our en-suite and Rich fitted it. Everything ran smoothly. Something had to be changed but it was done quickly and with no bother. Definitely recommend Rich as a fitter

John came out to our house to measure the space for our kitchen and within two days we had the kitchen designed and ordered. We were a bit limited with the space we have but he made it work and we couldn't be happier. We are also very happy with the quality of the kitchen. John has also been there for any questions and queries since, nothing has been too much trouble.

We have recommended John to friends and family - one of which has also recently ordered a new kitchen!

We chose Wickes to do our bathroom for us and we had a good experience overall. The point of contact and the designer of our bathroom was John McCormick. From the start he came to our home and drew up a plan according to our wishes. We were then invited up a few days later to our local store to meet John and choose our shower, flooring, tiling and furniture etc. He put it all into the computer and came up with the design which we loved so we went for it. Delivery’s were on time and the specialist that came to do it was amazing! He has done a great job and all in the time stated. Wicked kept in touch throughout and helped us with any queries that we had, over all a great service from Mr McCormick who made our dream bathroom

We couldn’t recommend the in store experience at Colchester enough. We met with Andrew who went thought every fine detail with us without the added pressure of trying to sell us products we weren’t interested in. He was happy to make recommendations based on interpretation of what we liked & the design of our house. He was super kind & nothing was too much trouble. We can’t wait for our new kitchen to be fitted & see everything come to life! Thank you!

We ordered our kitchen from Wickes & it was planned faultlessly by Darcy-May Burns. We opted to fit the kitchen ourselves & came across a technical problem. Andrew Lovlee (Design Consultant) came to the rescue & helped us to overcome the issue. Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, polite & went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met.

No matter how good a product they do, good value for money the goods are or how wonderful their staff is. I find it appalling they just don't give a damn about good quality accessible cycle parking. Stupid useless wheelbenders on the wall with a food outlet trailer partially blocking it just won't do! Have been asking for better cycle parking for nearly a decade & they don't even bother replying. So I rather buy elsewhere where there is a safe, secure, accessible Sheffield stand cycle parking suitable for all types of cycles including cargo bikes. And before you reply with apologies, please don't! Faux concerns & apologies ain't helpful, I just want usable accessible cycle racks.

Had a kitchen designed with Andrew Lovlee. He was very friendly and patient. Helped us with ideas but didn't put any pressure on. Very happy, Thank-you.

We went back to Wickes and see Andrew Lovlee about having a new Bathroom supplied and fitted as we had such a great experience when we had our kitchen done last year. Yet again Andrew has done a great job again in sorting out everything we need for the bathroom.

Visited the Colchester store to go through the designs for my bathrooms and utility. Andrew Lovlee was so helpful and thorough. Can’t fault anything and would definitely recommend them.

Just left a meeting with Andrew Lovlee at our local Wickes branch and I cannot recommend him highly enough!!
He advised us of our best options for our new kitchen , prepared all the plans and managed to satisfy all of my wifes wishes, not an easy thing to do!!
