Wickes - Crewe Avis 

Excellent bathroom designer so why am I only giving 2 stars? The bathroom was ordered in May, customer told it was a 2 month wait and then told that it would be installed in November! When I protested that this was 6 months, there was no apology, I was just told that they hadn’t realised there would be such a demand. And yet Phil still continues to advertise. Wickes, your post order service is dreadful.

Doug of the Crewe store designed my kitchen, he listened to my needs as well as anticipated needs I had not even considered. He listened and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. He showed me around the showroom and talked me through the items he had picked out giving me the opportunity to change anything, I swapped out the tap on the kitchen sink for a boiling water tap and that is it! Everything else was just what I needed and I love it!

Matt the fitter was absolutely brilliant too. He arrived on time or let me know he was running late. He answered the many questions I had no matter how trivial they were, he talked me through every step and advised of any changes needed to make the kitchen work how I wanted it to. He tidied up everyday before he left and to top it all off he has cracking taste in music.

After being recommended by a work colleague we decided to go with Wickes at Crewe for our new kitchen.
We had our plans drawn up by Andrew in store and after a couple of changes had our final draft. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
The kitchen fitters we had were Andy & Ethan who came out to us a couple of months before the refit. Ideas and suggestions were made which suited us to make our kitchen that bit more special.
The work was carried out as promised to an exceptionally high standard and at the end of each day everywhere was left thoroughly clean, considering the work that was being carried out.
At the end of the project our kitchen more than met our expectations due to Andrew (in store) and the fitters Andy & Ethan, who i wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

Dougie lovely man unfortunately not clear when I booked, wickes only.do full bathroom refurbishment. Waste of my time and dougies. I needed shower cubicle changed and radiator moved. With new panels and flooring in large bathroom. Please make it clear on website you only cover full bathroom refurbishment.

Shane is literally the best! I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to DIY! I’d ordered online then realised I needed some other things so went into store. Shane remembered my order and informed me for what I was doing I had the wrong things ( thought I had adhesive and it wasn’t!) . He took the time to go round the store helping me pick out what I needed, then carried it to my car and explained to me ( in a non patronising way) what I needed to do. I had to go back again today and he was just as helpful as the first visit! For someone who has just started getting into DIY, Shane has been brilliant with giving me advice! Thanks so much!!!

Went to the store spoke to the operational manager called Dean. Pleasant polite very good customer service. Nothing was too much went above and beyond to help us. Thankyou dean thankyou from michelle and Carmen.

Having used Wickes previously for a new kitchen we decided to go with them again for our new home. Andy Critchley was very helpful and informative, as was the lady (Dawn?) working alongside him, showing us different designs and colour schemes.
Andy and Ethan Cain were the fitters we were assigned and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They advised on flooring, heating etc and were so professional. Ethan does the majority of the work and he is such a skilled tradesman - he can turn his hand to everything. He is respectful, friendly and possibly the most passionate tradesman in the business. Ethan always left the house clean and tidy and would give us a run down on the work completed that day and what plans were in place for the following day.

A big shout out to Wickes Community Programme and to Jimmy for donating 25 bags of compost to Crewe Heritage Centre, where I am a volunteer, to help with our greening projects.

Visited Crewe branch yesterday looking for tiles for a craft project. Georgia and Val couldn’t have been more helpful. Really friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Thanks to Dean Longmore and the staff at the Wicks CREWE store for their very generous donation of plastic coated garden canes to the Buxton street Allotment Community volunteer group. They're exactly what we needed.

Bhn volunteers received a shelving unit through the community programme. James the Community Programme coordinator was a very pleasant and helpful young man. He communicated well via email and in person. We are very grateful to Wickes for the kind donation.

Shane from Wickes - Crewe was absolutely amazing. Really understanding and explained everything in detail. He had a big smile on his face and was happy to help!

We recently went in store to plan a new kitchen, it was our first experience with this and was pleasantly surprised by how easy the planning and visualisations were and how professional Andrew was. We weren’t being upsold on anything and he really thought about what our requirements were and made sure we got the best value for our money. We didn’t even look at a competitor for comparison as thought it was reasonably priced and took a liking to Andrew.

Amazing experience today trying to pick out a perfect pink gloss for my bedroom and they helped me so much even let me pick a colour from the stand and mix the white gloss to make it perfect for me. So helpful, kind and amazing customer service. They were ready to help and very polite.

Excellent service by Shane, was extremely helpful and took his time to ensure I was able to get the paint mixed. Visited again today to come back for a larger tin and again super helpful

Brilliant service, I couldn’t find a few things in the store and the staff did not hesitate to help me. I also had a click and collect too which I collected within 15 minutes of ordering. All went smoothly and the girls on the till were great. Definitely worth the time and money. Great store!

We visited the Crewe store this evening and the staff were extremely helpful especially Colin who went out of his way to assist us with a heavy package. Thank you to the helpful friendly staff you are a credit to your store.

I have been coming to this store for last 3 years and I can honestly say everyone works here are so helpful and knowledgeable. Today the gentleman has helped me called Jimmy and all staff are very friendly and they are happy to help anytime.
