Wickes - Dunfermline Avis

This was my first time at the store, and it was one of the best experiences I have had. Lisa A was so helpful. She could see that I was unsure when looking at paint and made sure that I was okay and didn't need any help. We even shared a joke when I called my dad for advice. At the till, both Lisa and Stacey were brilliant. They were very chatty and made me feel comfortable, and Stacey even helped me to my car with all the paint. As someone who has recently moved flat, I have felt quite stressed with decorating, and the ladies at Wickes made my shopping seem like a breeze. I've even told my family that this is the shop to go to!!

Traveled to Dunfermline after Edinburgh store didn’t stock product I was looking for. The item said in stock, but on arrival shelf was empty. Spoke to James N and he went to storeroom and brought me what I needed. He was very helpful and pleasant. Was very impressed with store, well stocked and clean

Been in twice now both times staff have been very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Lisa A for helping me set up my trade account too.

Just bought a kitchen at the Dunfermline store. Can’t begin to explain how helpful the staff were, especially helping me to choose and match. Great price.

Was in today and Nikki at Dunfermline hooked me up with a trade account, Nikki was very polite and helpful and saved me 10% today and also going forward with future purchases.

I was helped by David who aided me in selecting the correct light bulbs for my appliance. He kept chat light and engaging while ensuring that my needs were understood.
At checkout I was served by Lisa who was a bright smiling face to end the shopping experiance.
Great service all round.

Today was welcomed with a happy face David showed me where to go helped me pick my roofing even helped me to my car with my purchase very happy with my shop today and with great customer service. Wish everyone in retail to be like David !

Had to go get some grout today and had the pleasure of meeting “Deej” at the Dunfermline store and what an absolute gentleman he was on this rainy Saturday he definitely shone!! Great customer service from David today. Although we didn’t purchase today he gave us help and information to enable us to make an informed decision. Polite and personable, what a difference it makes to your shopping experience from someone who really does want to help.

Justin went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I picked up everything I needed.
Also Rebecca at the til continued a very enjoyable shopping trip to Wickes.

Nick, our bathroom designer impressed me with his knowledge and ideas for what we could do with the very limited space in our shower room. If found myself quite excited by the possibilities his ideas opened up looking forward to our showroom appointment

Went to buy two specific items but couldn't find them. Asked Lisa and Justin at the desk. Justin said "I'll get them for you" Two minutes later he returned with the items. Good service from them both.
