Wickes - Eastbourne Avis 

Yard and warehouse staff most unhelpful and useless in general. Seem to take pleasure out of their incompetence.

The team starting with Robert the designer who designed and ordered the kitchen Richard the Electrician and Clem and Michial the fitters working as a team delivered a first class kitchen.all deliveries came on time Danielle from customer care was in constant touch and the work was inspected three days into the start of the project.it was all so well organised it took all the worry away from me.a big thanks to Clem and Mike who treated me and my home with great respect their workmanship was faultless.

Shop at wicks most days, isaiah is a credit and asset to the wicks as a whole. Always has time to help and always has a smile on his face.

I purchased a kitchen in February 2024 from Wickes.
The kitchen is manufactured to a high standard and we are very pleased with it.
The whole experience from being to end was made all the easier by the salesperson Colleen Astridge whose attentivness was superb from the design process through to the end,always available to help, even coming in on her leave to sort minor issue.

Well done Eastbourne store for employing Isaiah. He is always helpful and happy and always finds time to talk to you when he is serving

I visited the store for mirror fixings and was helped by a lovely young man Izaya. he was very helpful and knowledgeable which made my life easier as i am not a big DIY person. Thank you Izaya for your help and lovely manners.

I came into the store to buy some sealant for my kitchen and I'm not very knowledgeable in the world of DIY/home improvement so I approached a member of staff to ask for some advice. He was very friendly and only seemed to happy to help he also came across as being very knowledgeable about the different types of sealant products on offer which in turn made my decision easier and I ended up leaving the store feeling like I had got the right product for the task in hand. I found the advice from the staff member to be brilliant and it definitely played a part in the purchase I made. I was given a card by the member of staff who asked me if I would mind leaving a review based on him and the service provided. I said to him I certainly will as you've been a great help. Steve F comes across as a real asset to Wickes and the Eastbourne store team. Thanks again Steve F.

Went into the store looking for some pipe clips, was unsure of the layout of the store, however, when called upon Isaiah helped me find what I was looking for. Great customer service and will be looking for his help next time.

I came in recently to buy some things and was not sure what I should be buying or what the best ones were. Isaiah was incredibly kind, chatty and helpful, he made me feel heard. Excellent staff member.

Absolute god send, we bumped in to Steve F today and asked for his advice on some fencing, we don't know much about fencing and he helped us no end. His knowledge was amazing. Great asset to Wickes

In the Eastbourne branch of Wickes a very nice young man went to endless trouble to help me with details regarding metal blades for a Junior Hacksaw. This was between 10.30-11.am. He did not write his name on the Review card but i hope my appreciative message reaches him.

We went to the store with the idea of buying materials to build a shed and to repair our fence. When we got there we went to locate what needed. But when we met Steve Fulbrooh to make our order then we realised that our knowledge of the project was very limited. He took us around, showed us what we really needed, quantities and gave us some instructions about what we are undertaking. He has the knowledge and the skills that we needed to do our project and was very helpful, friendly and a good customer service skill.

Isaiah was very polite and helpful made for pleasant visit to wickes

A few times I have came into wickes with some idea what I need but I'm so thankful for Isaiah's help. Now when I come into the Eastbourne branch when he is working, I know I will get great customer care and always service with a smile, this guy will go and help people above and beyond. Thank you so much Isaish and Wickes are lucky to have you.
