Wickes - Hailsham Avis 

Recently had new kitchen fitted. I’m am delighted with the result. The quality of the units is excellent. The design by the Design Consultant Vikki Hales was perfect and she was very approachable when I occasionally changed my mind about something. The fitting and all additional building work , plastering and decorating by Robert Pym was excellent too. Nothing was too much trouble.

Spoke to Vikki about a new kitchen in our property. She came up with some really good ideas that we had not thought of. Gave us lots of options to think about and did not pressure us in any way. We haven't purchased our property yet we'll be back as soon as it's completed.

I recently visited the Hailsham branch, a very nice member of staff called Karen supported me with my purchases of paint. She appeared to be very knowledgeable and gave service with a smile.

Amy was great - she came up with ideas we hadn’t thought about with her design of our kitchen, which maximised storage. She has a friendly manner and explained everything really clearly. Excellent service.

Needed a new kitchen so popped into Wickes where we met Amy, how was absolutely fantastic. She provided us with a design within budget, stylish and utilised every nook and cranny!
The customer experience received couldn’t have been better, Amy was super friendly polite and knowledgeable, shopping for a kitchen has been stressful, but she took all the stress away and become an enjoyable experience.

I would very highly recommend Amy for any kitchen/bathroom designs, installation etc. She took us through the process step by step taking into account every detail we wanted with the utmost care, precision and expertise. She was very quick to make amendments based on our vision, budget etc. She was brilliant and I will be working with her in the future for any home design needs I have. We were looking to have our bathroom replaced but had no idea what we wanted, thankfully Amy was able to help! Amy came to our house to measure everything, talk to us about what was important and gave ideas. The 360 design Amy put together was amazing. Being able to visualise what the bathroom could look like was so helpful. We talked everything through with Amy and tweaked a few bits, nothing was too much bother and we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Really looking forward to seeing Amy’s creation come to life and having the perfect bathroom!

We went to Wickes in Hailsham enquire about a new kitchen. Amy our designer was absolutely brilliant. She spent masses of time with us showing us different units appliances and all the various parts that go to create a stunning kitchen. At no time did we feel under pressure to go ahead and order but when we left the store we were excited and very happy to know that we were going with Wickes to create our dream kitchen. This will be the third one we've had from Wickes Hailsham and have always been very happy with them. Amy certainly need a special mention as she was simply great

Very smooth process from start to finish. We never felt rushed in the showroom and the designer was able to spend a good amount of time with us during the design process. The use of an appointed fitting company was a lot easier than other companies where we would then have been responsible for finding our own fitters.

Amy has been really helpful.Very thorough in presenting plans and discussing our options fitting a kitchen in one of our rentals.

What made my experience great...? Amy Hudson! From start to finish Amy naturally combined professional knowledge, advice and service with an uncanny insight into what I was wanting to achieve with my new bathroom. She understood my dream, my budget AND my wobbles and with unhurried support let me talk through all of my concerns with advice and guidance until I was able to reach a really positive outcome.
