Wickes - Halifax Avis 

A huge shout out the the team at wickes. They were so helpful. The staff in store answered all questions and Vicki the community coordinator has been a dream to work with

I came into store to buy some tiles. I was greeted by Isabel. She saw me struggling carrying the tiles into the trolley and came to offer sone help. She then offered to have them delivered to my home address for a small fee. I was so glad that she offered this to me. I would highly recommend coming into the store as they have incredibly helpful staff,

Harry was a great help when designing our kitchen, his ideas helped along the way. Would certainly recommend the service.

Had a number of items to order and wasn’t really sure which were the right products but the member of staff Jasim helped me a great deal and went through my list explaining each item and ordering it for me. He was very supportive and patient and is an absolute asset to the wicks team in Halifax

Fantastic service , friendly and approachable staff , Harry was great and got me the kitchen i wanted and helped me decide what to compromise on due to space and budget. Highly recommend

Wickes Halifax West Yorkshire. Purchased some wood not a lot. 4 weeks later realised I didn’t need it. Tried taking it back when I need some plywood. Well I didn’t have receipt, even though the wood had there stickers on. No they wouldn’t take it back.
I went to B&Q for my plywood, disgusting.

Harry was amazing throughout, from the house visit to measure up, right thru to the design visit in store, a true professional and would highly recommend Harry’s services, very experienced and knowledgeable

We had a Wickes kitchen a few years ago but decided to shop around to see if we could get what we wanted for a good price

We went to two other kitchen suppliers but Wickes quality and price could not be bettered

In addition, the staff we met at the other places appeared to not really know how their kitchens would meet our requirements

We went to Wickes and right away felt assured that Harry Fletcher, the designer, knew what he was talking about, he listened to what we wanted and we signed off a kitchen that gave us everything we wanted and a bit more we hadn’t thought of

We are buying and renovating a house and we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom designs. From start to finish, the service from Harry Fletcher from the team designs by halifax wickes, the conversations about the Kitchen and bathroom were completely professional, meticulous, and stress-free. At our first meeting, with harry he listened carefully to our ideas without any high-pressure sales tactics. They were incredibly detailed, offering smart layout options and product samples that fit our exact lifestyle, the communication from harry from every phone call, text and emails were answered quickly. We cannot wait to see our home with our kitchen and bathroom designed by harry at wickes halifax when created and come to life in the near future

Helping daughter with her first house, went to Wickes Halifax for a kitchen quote.The kitchen designer Harry, was extremly helpful and guided us and our daughter through the whole process.He was knowledgable,helpful, interested and gave honest answers and advice throughout the whole process.The final kitchen was exactly what she wanted, there were a couple of issues along the way, where we had to change the plan, but Harry took it all in his stride, again helping and guiding us.His customer service was exemplary,from start to finish.A huge thank you from a happy mum,dad & daughter.

Thank you so much to everyone at Wickes for your donation of storage shelves and boxes to our charity Mabel’s Meals. We were badly in need of some way to store the dog food and second hand dog goods we distribute and Wickes came to our rescue.

I applied for some funding through the Wickes community programme and Vicki was really helpful getting all this sorted, this really helped our local scout group - supplying all the materials for some much needed storage space. Everything arrived and on time. Great service all round.

I had the opportunity to be served by the lovely Sam today. She was so helpful and patient as buying tiles is not something I regularly do. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. She is a credit to the Halifax store and the overall workforce. Every company needs a Sam. Thank you again and I am looking forward to you serving me again and your fab nails

We made an appointment to discuss kitchens with Harry.

We was immediately impressed with his customer service skills and none pushy approach. Easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable in his role. From the intial 1:1 discussion to his site visit to measure we felt at ease purchasing from Harry.

The kitchen itself is of good quality, great price in the sale, and fairly straight forward to fit as we did it ourselves. Communication first class from arranging delivery appointment to delivery itself.

Finally I just want to say Harry is a credit to his profession and to Wickes itself, and I wish him all the best.
