I came in on the 1st of the month and was met by bal. I had a really good experience with her in the kitchen department at Wickes. She was helpful and very knowledgeable, making the whole process easy and straightforward.

Great customer service
Went to get a price for a kitchen and was served by Bal who was very warm and helpful and contacted Perry Barr store to help me look at showroom kitchens and advised on finances. Very happy with the service
