Dealt with Maryam kitchen planner at hayes branch. She is rude and doesn’t have good manners with customers. After few visits and discussion of whether I should go ahead with the kitchen planning or not, Maryam lost her professional service during the process and decided to not show availability therefore, I’ve suggested to plan my kitchen at a different Wickes branch and her response was to ask the other branch to do their own measurments! As they might not be able to read her measuments!!!

Will not recommend the hayes branch to anyone. Will get a kitchen from wren next to wicks hayes as they have provided an excellent service.

Popped into this Wickes store to get some more ideas for a kitchen redo.
Shahin - design consultant approached us asking if we needed any information.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He gave sensible advice and useful information not only on design and price but time lines and what to expect leading up to and during the work being completed.

I like to say big thank you to staff Maryam. Her service was excellent from start to end the time I spent with her designing my bathroom and finalising everything. I chose Wickes purely because how Maryam provided service and her excellence mannerism! I loved it she made everything easy for me. Very good asset to Wickes. Thank you!

Maryam from the design team was absolutely fantastic! I called at the last minute to see if I could come in and order some individual kitchen parts without an appointment. She kindly shortened her break to assist me, and we completed the entire order in just 20 minutes. Her dedication and commitment to providing great service were truly impressive, and I highly recommend her to anyone!

I dropped into Wickes Hayes Branch to collect insulation. I saw that there was someone in the kitchen department. I approached Shahin the Kitchen designer to see if he could arrange an appointment the same day. He was able to squeeze me in at 1pm. I sent over the measurements and plan I had in mind and he had designed the kitchen just before I arrived. He talked me through everything I'm the appointment and offered me advice on how to save money when buying a kitchen. Although in the end I didn't purchase the kitchen from Wickes I just want to point out that Shahin provided excellent customer service and provided me with lots of Information.
