I went to wicks this afternoon looking for the perfect colour to paint my bathroom, I asked this young guy (Chaz) for some help as I had no idea where to start or look, straight away he was ready to help and took me to the isle I needed to be and helped me though out, he was very friendly and easy to get on with and made my experience enjoyable another member of staff came to the rescue due to a problem with the colour after the paint had been mixed she was also lovely and reinsuring. But unfortunately another member of staff approached later on to “help” but wasn’t so kind and I actually thought she was extremely rude and miserable. Chaz see that I was not impressed and did everything in his power to make sure I got the service i needed regardless to what happened prior. Wanted to say a huge thank you 😊

Such a great experience
Such a great experience from start to finish! I have had my bathroom, 2 shower rooms and cloakroom completely redesigned, fully tiled and with all new fittings and features. I would like to call out the designer Dane Tolliday at the Hertford Wickes showroom, for his excellent design expertise and support throughout the whole process. He made it all very easy for me! Thank you Dane and Wickes team!
