Wickes - Kings Lynn Avis 

Had a most successful visit to the Kings Lynn Wickes store on 24/11/25. Thanks to Patrick and his friendly and polite approach, helpfulness and knowledge we soon had everything we needed and useful advice. Thanks Wickes!

Sahin was so helpful in designing our kitchen. Every step of the way, he answered our questions and accommodated our changes without fuss.
He made the process so easy for us.

Emily planned the kitchen, and was really helpful, she came up with great ideas , she is a great asset to Wickes

Emily was great! She did not rush us at all and came up with a great plan for our new bathroom, taking account of our wishes and helping us to understand what was possible, suggesting options where necessary. She visited our house later to check measurements.
All in all a great service so far.

Not sure how this company expect to make money, i was after 5 x 4m lengths of guttering with only 3 in the nearest store, and because of the length needed it delivered, the online system kept asking me to remove x 2 as they only has 3 in stock, i phoned the store who informed me they could not order any more in even though there was plenty more stock in other branches, I then spoke to head office who told me they were also unable to move stock from 1 store to another or order on line from other stores with stock, so refused to sell me the product.
with that attitude Wickes will soon join DO IT ALL into administration. shocking

The sales assistant Neil H in the kings Lynn branch couldn’t have been more helpful We wanted some ready mix tiling grout he went out of his way to explain which one we needed I then inquired about the wicks trade pro and he explained it all to us and signed us up

We've been ordering from Wickes over the last few months while we've been doing home improvements. Everything from timber, OSB, screws, steel rod, water butts, paint, etc. What they haven't got at the local store has been shipped in from nearby stores or a central warehouse - all on a next day service. They've gone out of their way to make sure we get our stuff when it's been promised and they've given us a great service at very competitive prices. Thank you Wickes.

Our consultant Emily walker was very helpful and knowledgeable in designing our requirements we only parted company as be changed our plans and went for pre built units rather than flat packs.other than that we were happy with the attention we received.

Always a positive experience at this branch- whole team always friendly and seem happy to help (Trudy particularly helpful today). Good range and Stock levels always seem reasonable.

Emily was really friendly and helpful. She showed us examples of products and displays as we went through the design process. Very knowledgeable and followed up our enquiries promptly

Sahin (Shar), our bathrooms design manager from Wickes, King's Lynn, was excellent, very knowledgeable, clearly experienced and lead us through the whole design process from measuring up to order in a very professional manner. Shar helped us with tips and recommendations for products to meet our needs and was very patient during the number of tweaks and changes we made. He also explained the product details and water proofing process very clearly. Highly recommended.
