Wickes - Letchworth Avis 

Found someone to help easily. Found me the products I needed quickly and even got paint made up while I waited. Was clear about how long it would take (not long) and no wait time at all to pay.

This afternoon I met the amazing Gerald from the Letchworth store. I wanted 3 of their bark bags located outside the front of the store but was unable to lift them. Gerald was approaching and I asked if there was anyone inside able to assist me, grab a trolley he asked and proceeded to help me, he then pushed trolley inside opened up a till to serve me. Then he helped to load them into my car. I subsequently learned that he was on his way home when I initially enquired about help. He went above and beyond considering he had finished for the day. He was extremely helpful and I wish him all the luck in the world for his family

The staff at Letchworth are helpful and prompt with service. Nick mixed a paint for me and let me know that half a liter would be enough for the door.

Went to Wickes in Letchworth today, James and Maddie went over and above for us, helping us find the item we needed and helped load the car! Excellent service.

I visited the Letchworth store and was assisted by Charlie and Lilly.. what can I say, absolutely fantastic service they took there time and assisted me with my purchases and questions. Gerald wall has been so helpful at different times I’ve been in the shop, he has also helped me with different ideas on work I’m doing in my new property.id like say a big thanks to him , will definitely go back .

Gerald is very helpful, I needed brackets and some timber. He was more than happy to help with showing me where these were located. Listened to what i needed them for and offered advice. Very knowledgable.

Gerald was very helpful and gave me some tips on how to get the job done.

Being disabled I could not use your large heavy trolley. I asked a member of staff for help, he not only helped with colour and paint type but took my tins to the checkout and ran them through himself. He then carried them out of store for me and put them safely in the boot of my car. He was a very pleasant chap called James and could off done no more for me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gerald was awesome when I went into the store. He patiently listened to me explain the issue and gave us great advise on how to solve it. Top marks!

I was looking for a solution for the floor doorway transition after we removed an internal uPVC door. I can now get on finish the job and my partner will be happy that it’s finally done!

Was served by Ciaran who was very helpful - helped me from start to finish what a star this guy is - been in before and always greets me and asks if I need help !
Give this man a pay rise !!

If not daily then at least 2/3 times a week I have need to call into Wickes Letchworth for supplies.
All the team are friendly knowledgeable and helpful.
A particular BIG shout out for Natalia who is my go too if I have any issues or Q's.
As well as being extremely helpful, she puts a smile on my face, which just makes the day that little bit better.

Lily, what a star. I went to the Letchworth Wickes store to order £600+ worth of materials for home delivery. When I previously tried through the website there were a few anomalies. Lily was professional, helpful and courteous, guiding me through the process. Well done.

Popped in to pick up some water softener salt and JP was super helpful and directed me to the right place and helped carry one of the bags.

I needed 3 bags of gravel but am not super strong so asked for help. A very polite and helpful young man named Charlie lifted the bags onto my trolley, wheeled it to the till and then to my car and put the bags in the boot. Lovely lady served me at the till (didn't get her name unfortunately). I always find your staff very helpful and friendly - it's a pleasure to shop with you.

Currently decorating a bedroom which has damp patches, after speaking to a gentleman called Jordan and a lady called Jess I came away with the suppliers that I needed. They were both very informative and helpful. Thank you to both of them I will not hesitate to shop there again.
