Wickes - Loughton Avis 

Ajay, from loughton branch designed my kitchen. I bought the cheapest Madison unit range and worktops from Wickes which look as good as the expensive ones. Good value /quality. So pleased. Thank you

I visited the Wickes Loughton store about 15 minutes before closing and had several returns to process. I appreciate this wasn't the most convenient time to arrive, but it was the only opportunity I had.
Lauren and Holly were both fantastic. They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout. Even when I couldn't find some of my receipts, they remained patient and went out of their way to assist.
Their positive attitude and willingness to help made the whole experience quick and stress-free. A big thank you to both of them for providing such excellent customer service. They are a real credit to the Loughton store and to Wickes.

I was served today by the manageress Lauren,she was so helpful, polite and professional and helped me download the app.

I wanted to buy some laminate flooring from Wikes. Your store was the only one who had the quantiries I needed. So I phoned the store and Harry answersed the call at the store.

He was very helpful, polite , friendly and very very customer oriented. Not only he double checked wheather rhis particular stocks were phisically there in your store but also put it away securely for ne until I attended the store.

He was very pleasant and even help me with the stocks into my car.

I am very happy with his customer service and feel really valued.

The one thing that stands out about this store, the staff. They are always so helpful when asking for assistance. A very special thank to Sophia who took the time to help me when I had to load a large order of building materials...gravel, sand and cement. Sophia, thank you, I am so grateful for all your assistance this past Saturday. Without your help, it would have taken me ages to load everything into the van. Thank you so much!

I used to shop in the Edmonton branch but when I found out when Zoe had been transfered to Loughton. I decided to take my business there.
Zoe always is polite and very helpful.
She helped with getting 8 decking panels and a few other bits on my list.
She is ever so knowledgeable and patient.
I was put at easy with my purchased and informed things could be changed if they were the incorrect size.
On entering the store it had a much better atmosphere, neat and tidy and the other staff were freindly.

Had a downstairs toilet and shower recently installed.(June26)

I use Loughton branch frequently. I love the staff who are always friendly and helpful. It’s not the biggest wickes but had everything I need. Deliveries are complete and on time, when one item was missed they sent it specially same day ; excellent service.

Went to Wickes in Loughton today where I was served by Al or Ali. He was having a lovely chat about football to his mate also behind the counter. I wished him a good afternoon to which I received no response as he was too busy chatting. He drew himself away from the conversation long enough to scan my purchases and tell me how much. Having made the purchase I then bid him goodbye to which he again failed to respond. This ensured that the whole transaction was carried out without any inter personal interaction and was a stunningly successful example of complete ignorance and Wickes should be ashamed of such staff members.

It is almost impossible NOT to find the stuffs I needed over the years, dealing with WICKES (Loughton). Their extensive range of product simply makes it an inevitable one stop shop for most of my building and home DIY products. The prices are very competitive and being local to me, I would not want to travel any further than necessary. The staffs are always kind and willing to assist where possible. This is especially true with the store Manager, Fish and the deputy, Ron who are always at hand to provide excellent customer service and care. Highly recommended.

He was excellent ,really helpful and knowledgeable and what he didn't know he looked up and found the answer he was a delight and you should be proud to have such a great member of staff with great customer service 👌

I have been using Wickes Loughton for my diy supplies for 18 months, I 've always had good serivce from members of staff, in particular Ron and Fish, the store is tidy and usually well stocked, I can recommend the store without hesitation

Ron was very helpful to advise and explain what I wanted and told me which aisle to get what I wanted

Although the branch has recently undergone a refurbishment, the staff have continued to be helpful and enthusiastic. Great store to work with and I particularly enjoy Ron’s ‘dad jokes’ every morning!

I am a regular in wickes loughon, and I must admit, the staff are always accommodating, knowledgable and keen the assist my needs in anyway. The store is always clean and well stocked, with adequate parking. Special mention going out to Ron, who is always on point with product recommendations and superb customer assistance. Wickes loughton is always my favoured store to visit :)

Wickes Loughton is my go-to for building supplies. Can get most things here, at competitive pricing.
