I was only popping in to get some caulk…
I was only popping in to get some caulk for a little decorating job. In that time, I witnessed Gemma single handedly help two groups find what they needed, work the till and she figured out I was a trade and signed me up to a trade account. All done with a perfect balance of customer service, warmth and knowledge. Top marks from me.

All products i needed were in stock and found them quickly. Becky was great in not only providing product information but also set up a trade account whilst I waited and offered help to take items to the car. Fantastic service.

Just browsing for new kitchen and bathroom ideas, staff recognised we were BSL users (I am hearing and my girlfriend is Deaf). One of the team at the store knew some basic BSL and came to see if we wanted any help - thank you Carly

I called in just before closing on Monday.
I had lost my 17 year old Cat and needed a planter & compost. Gemma looked after me & was so caring,she made an awful situation so much nicer & nothing was too much trouble x

Excellent customer service
I came into your store and needed to buy some trade cleaning products. I was waiting in a queue for only a few minutes. The man infront was also just buying one item and he was asked if he would like to sign up for a trade account, which then benefitted him with savings there and there after. When I got to the till I was served by Becky. She was very polite and again asked if I would like a trade account for my business. Which I signed up for which didn’t take long. I wouldn’t have even known about the service if she hadn’t of asked me. The service was top notch, better than other wickes stores I have visited. I will return back to this one in favour of the good service provided. I also loved how much bigger this one was rather than others I have visited!
