Customer service
Popped into the martlesham heath store today to look for a new bathroom for my 88 year old mum. Store was very clean and well laid out. We approached a lady called Gemma to assist us with our purchase. What a star she was extremely helpful . Very patient and went out of her way to help us. Thank you so much wish there were more Gemma’s around!

Great service by Gemma
Went to Wickes to buy some flooring but only had a photo of the barcode. Gemma was really helpful in checking the product to make sure it was the right one I needed to buy.
Unfortunately the forklift wasn't working and the sheets were on a high shelf (just one of those things) so I couldn't buy but I did manage to get some bargains from the clearance bin so not a wasted trip!

Peter at Wickes Martlesham Suffolk was not only helpful but gave some great suggestions. I painted my ceiling white and was going to paint walls the same, Peter suggested Wickes Pure Cotton for the walls . I brought a large tub and had to go back to buy more to paint other rooms, i was so pleased will it. Thank you Peter
