A brilliant member of the Wickes Team, Ben at the Minworth Store in Sutton Coldfield helped me when I could find a product on the shelves. Ben check the stock, found the stock, carried it to the checkout and then to my car. His kind help and courtesy totally made my day. Thank you Ben. Keep in going the extra mile. You will get far.

After one of my kitchen cupboard doors was split and damaged on the corner from being dropped, Beverley from the minworth store was amazing she re ordered a new door to be delivered to my address the next day.

During a house renovation we have visited our local Wickes Minworth branch daily. To say that the invaluable help given to us by Laura was a god send is an understatement; she is a real asset to the store. Nothing is too much trouble for her & her quiet understanding is just so calming. I only wish there were more Laura’s ! 😀

The advisor was polite, helpful & knowledgeable but the final quote for our en-suite refurbishment was excessively high due to the labour content (£5000+for 2 weeks work) plus the long lead time prior to commencement was unacceptable.

Excellent design consultant very informative and suggested new ideas to consider. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

Came to get some paint to repaint my garden fence. I couldn’t find the colour I wanted. Demi approached me in my time of need and helped me match the correct colour paint to the old one I’d brought. She was super helpful :)

Great Store . Came in unsure what i needed and a Lovely Girl called Demi gave me lots of information and helped me highly recommend Demi she was a delight throughout the whole process. I left with everything I needed. Will definitely be back .

We had a kitchen design done by Mizan. Very knowledgeable easy to talk to. We went to another local kitchen design team previously and all I can say is mizans professionalism shone through,he went above and beyond to find us the best deals for our budget. Thank you mizan
