Wickes - Nuneaton Avis 

I had my kitchen designed by Marika who was extremely professional and friendly. She sat with me for ages while I changed my mind over various things. She worked out the best deal for me including the appliances that I needed and came up with ideas that I had not thought of.
I am close to being ready for the kitchen and cannot be happier with the service that I have received so far

Gary from the Nuneaton branch was fab!
He worked with my budget and helped me loads. I bought my new kitchen and all the appliances as he helped me work out the best deals with Bosch.
He even came in on his day off as I was struggling with childcare. Would 100% recommend Gary to anyone stressing over a kitchen.

Marika was fantastic in understanding what I wanted and sticking within budget, and her knowledge of the products and the system made it such a quick and easy process when designing our bathroom. Highly recommend.

Marika the salesperson was very pleasant and brilliant in understanding in what we were looking for and even came to our house to check all the dimensions for our bathroom the service was brilliant

Having brought my first home in Nuneaton, i was looking to renovate the kitchen. I had visited a few different stores to get a feel for what i wanted and ending up choosing Wickes. I am so glad i did ! Gary was my design consultant and from the first initial email through to purchase, he brought all his expertise to help me get my dream kitchen ! I had mention a few things i was looking for on the design when he was measuring and then when it came to the appointment, it was literally perfect! Most of the appointment was just looking at details and seeing how different ones looked such as door handles, worktops etc because of how great the kitchen already looked.

Gary did such an amazing job and i am so excited for my new kitchen! I would definitely recommend Wickes and i will be back for future renovations!

Gary bagnall has fitted our kitchen for us can't believe it is the same kitchen he has gone one beyond for us such a lovely guy nothing to much trouble he is from Nuneaton store we are more than pleased with kitchen we wish all the best & thankyou again

Have been a customer of this store for years and always recommend it but have never bothered to leave a review, instead preferring to give feedback/praise directly instore as I always take note of name badges so that i can pinpoint good service directly... however after a 6 month period of going in and asking for what seem to be random requests for my DIY endeavours I feel I have to mention how impressed I have been by a couple of staff members for dealing with a seemingly mad woman and her crazy ideas (especially on the occasions I've turned up disheveled mid project having had a change of idea mid way through!). Gary, Jenny and Trinity have all been fab to deal with and helped immensely but a special mention must go to a young lady called Becci - on more than one occasion she's managed to navigate my non-specific descriptions of what I needed and/or was trying to achieve and has always either known what I meant or suggested a workable alternative. Her professionalism, warm and friendly nature and her approachability are second to none and she really is a credit to the store! I hope she somehow sees this and knows just how grateful the frazzled, mad woman truly is :)

Do not use this company .1 star is to generous for it . Had a bathroom designed and installed by Wickes. The bathroom was installed 4 months late because the frist installer had to have an operation and couldn't do the job . Had a company call S C PROPERTY to install the bathroom at a later date. The bathroom tuck 3 weeks to install after a few weeks the shower started to leek ,the flooring they put down started to come apart. Contacted sc property about it they said they would be out to do next day . They didn't turn up or answer their phone. So contacted Wickes customer service to report the faults they said that they would be InTouch in 72 hours . That was 7 weeks ago and nobody has been in contact even though we have been in contact with them several times . The problem with the bathroom is getting worse the shower is still leaking the floor is coming apart and now the toilet is leaking from where they connected it to the soil stack. We are still waiting on a reply from Wickes but the just keep trying to fob us off . It is now august and still don't have a working bathroom
