What a pleasant surprise! It was a pleasure to talk with this polite, helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. It is rare these days to find someone who actively goes out of their way to assist customers. A great help.

I called into the Peterborough branch of Wickes today to purchase items for a utility room and had a fantastic experience.

I was assisted by a lovely member of staff, Pamela, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did she take the time to listen carefully to what I needed, but she also offered some really useful advice on the products I was purchasing.

It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and Pamela is a real credit to Wickes. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a positive one!

Bought pvc deluxe flooring. Terrible!!! It's NOT AT ALL AS THEY SAID IT IS. WE NOW NEED TO CHANGE THE FLOOR. NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT. I GUESS AS THEY SELL, AH? TERRIBLE !!!!

Pavels was a great help. He kept asking me if there was anything else and reminding me to buy other items I needed, with great rapport.

Can't fault the service. Helped with a rush order and transport from another warehouse to get what I needed to finish a clients project.

Excellent customer service from Steve the Manager at the Peterborough branch, he personally dealt with my complaint regarding some wickes products (The first complaint about wickes products after many years of using numerous products) .
I would just like to add that I always find all the staff very friendly and the store well stocked and organised.

Went to my local Wickes peterborough saturday 22nd May and all I can say is Steve was a breath of fresh. Spent a while helping me set up a traders account and ordering what I was after as was not in store. Thanks again sir. !!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with my purchase ( railway sleepers and accessories) Steve couldn't have been more helpful with helping me load the sleepers, choosing the right accessories that I need to complete the boarder and then to help me load them all into my car. This is what great customer service looks like and Steve is an asset to Wickes.

Anyone reading this should ask for Steve when you next go in.

Member of staff knew what aisle, side and how far down the aisle I needed to go to get the item I wanted. Very impressive.
