Amazing as always
As always I had a great experience down Wickes with the lovely and helpful staff such as Tom who once again went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and the friendly till staff were great as usual too. If I wrote a review every time I had a good experience here your review section would be filled with my messages! Thanks a lot 🙂

Internal bi-fold door part damaged .. and again
Ordered an internal door, it was delivered 3 days later but the metal track was damaged.
Spoke with customer service (non-uk callcentre) and they organised a pickup and replacement, and the replacement door was damaged in exactly the same way. I pointed out that the packaging is totally inadequate, they now are offering yet another complete swap-out. Ideally all I want is for them to send me their replacement bi-fold door track kit (187489) as there might be a chance it would be packaged better. replacement but to be honest it's a no coinfidence from me and I don't want to wait another week for yet another potentially damaged door package. It seems they have no concern about wasting the customer's valuable time all because their packaging is woefully inadequate.

The fitter Guy was also very helpful and professional.
Unfortunately was let down by the method of delivery of the bathroom items. Items had to be chased as left of the lorry or chased up for delivery on time. Now the bathroom is completed very happy with the work

Seamless service from start to finish. Kitchen looks great. Lots of help from designer
and installers very professional. And all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Wickes kitchens.
