This service gives us a very confident first foot on the kitchen renovation ladder. Reece was very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advice and information. He listened to everything we said, taking detailed plans and notes. Can’t wait for our in store appointment to see his computer design. Very excited.

I’ve recently had a kitchen fitted by wicks and there fitter broke the door on my dishwasher and it hasn’t worked since, I complained to be told by wicks that there liability doesn’t cover the dishwasher I now need to buy another THINK TWICE BEFORE USING WICKS!!

We've recently had our kitchen renovated and from start to finish our experience at Wickes has been 5- star.

Kimberley came and designed a kitchen that fulfilled all our needs, she was able to work with us to get what we had in our heads on paper and the finished result is even better than imagined.

The communication and organisation throughout was excellent, we had no concerns at any point.

Carl was our builder and fitter, alongside his team, they worked hard everyday, adapted to the uniqueness and challenges of the building.
They worked efficiently and in parallel with the plumbers and electricians to ensure the project completed on time.

Both Kimberley and Carl were extremely friendly and helpful and we'd highly recommend them if you were thinking of purchasing a kitchen through Wickes.

Excellent customer service by Sanjidt ( not sure i have spelt that correctly?) Nothing was too much trouble for the young lady 01/09/2025 in store, very helpful, very friendly and very professional. Thank you.

Kim, our kitchen designer, did a wonderful job. Had great product knowledge and understood what we wanted. Everything delivered on time and the quality was excellent. Very happy and would recommend.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Everything ready for me to collect and help offered to move to the car. Easy to contact in advance by email and phone and prompt responses. Great support for local community from the staff team.

I did not have a clue what I was looking for, I merely had a list provided by the plumber. I can confirm within a few minutes I was able to locate Billie at the Preston branch who assisted with locating all the items, I was highly impressed with her product knowledge considering the vast amount of items the store holds. Once again thank you Billie and a credit to the company!

Amazing service from Reece Kershaw, our design consultant at the Preston branch. He was extremely patient with us and gave us a lot of really good advice. Highly recommended for kitchen designs.

Thank you to Joanna and the rest of the Wickes team who kindly donated lots of garden equipment to our community garden and polytunnel project. The items will help our children whilst they learn how to grow and care for fruit, vegetables and plants.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO REECE K. Your a credit to Wickes. Excellent service. I went in as needed some advice regarding shower tray and enclosure for my small bathroom. Reece was so very friendly, approachable, asked me relevant questions and walked around the showroom with me to identify the appropriate products advising me wisely. I will surely be going to Wickes for my purchase once I've got my design.

our overall experience with Wickes and the fitters at Wickes has been amazing from start to finish. With Kim helping us design our dream bathroom and staying in contact from start to finish (highly recommend Kim as your designer). Also the lads who fitted our bathroom from the plumber (Damien), joiner (Dave), Tilers (Matt) & the electrician were all great. Very professional at all times and left no mess once they had completed their work. Damien also kept us in the loop letting us know when tilers would be round ect.

Again we could not recommend wickes and the fitters enough. Wish we had done this sooner 5* in all areas for us.

Beautiful kitchen design done by Kim who i consider first class in her work.Everything was delivered on time nothing was missing or damaged.The whole experience has been a delight.

I have recently had a new kitchen fitted by Wickes. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. The designer Kimberley was helpful and knowledgeable, she really couldn’t do enough to help us through this experience.
Top notch delivery guys John and Paul , kept us updated and arrived on time and both were very polite and helpful.
The fitters Carl, Adam and Clayton , absolutely brilliant. They kept us informed of the progress everyday they turned up on time and once they had finished at the end of the day they left everything clean and tidy. They have done a fantastic job. The kitchen is finished to a very high spec. Carl told us that it would take two weeks WOW spot on it really did. Carl has a great team. Once again I can’t thank you enough for a STRESS FREE two weeks.

Gillian was very helpful in identifying the correct PlastiKote spray paint and checking that it was safe to use on the rainwater barrel that I was buying.
Gillian then went on to assist me in finding the correct timber to go on top of my fencing panel and, once through the checkout, she helped me get the goods into the car.
First class service!
