Made a visit to the new wicks store in…
Made a visit to the new wicks store in saffron waldon today. It was a very impressive visit. The vibe as soon as we walked in was very evident , calm, organised and lots of happy staff laughing and smiling . Clean and incredably tidy and lots of helpful staff around. Very impressed by scarlet who served me she was chatty frendly and smiley and clearly loving her new job.
Will definatly be back .

Excellent service, required a refund on paint that was purchased in error. Phil and his manager sorted the issue with no fuss! A really positive customer experience. Will definitely be using Wickes Saffron Walden again.

Visited the new Wicks in Saffron Walden today. This is a much needed and very welcome addition to the town. The store is larger than expected, well laid out with kitchen and bathroom design area upstairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Sally and Mollie. I am sure I will be a regular customer.

Yay! Just opened
Yay! Wickes has opened in Saffron Walden. Very much needed given the only real alternatives are in Haverhill or Stortford. Shop is well laid out, lots of staff and a great range of products and services. Sally on the till was very friendly

Good store in a little town
Very nice store with very helpful and friendly staff.
Sally served us with a smile and Jenny helped massively in setting up with the trade pro,
Very kid friendly too, Ashley was very kind in giving our child one of the cupcakes there, very pleasant experice.
