Great service in store, very helpful staff.

Thanks to George and the team at Wickes Shrewsbury who have kindly donated an outdoor storage box for our School PTFA’s Halloween and fancy dress swap box initiative as part of the community scheme. We are very grateful. Woodfield & St George’s PTFA

Wickes Shrewsbury have donated an awful lot of materials for a local school production, including paints, hardware, and tools. We really couldn't have done it without them. George is fantastic, nothing has been too much trouble!

We visited the store this week and needed some heavy items. My husband has recently had an operation so we asked one of the store team to help. Rob, the Store Manager, helped us to the till and then out to the car. He was really helpful and friendly!

Just had Solar Panels supplied and fitted by Wickes solar company. Everything was very good from the initial meeting with Simon from Wickes through to the installation.
Everything up and running in a day.
Completion within 2 weeks of seeing Simon.

This place is awesome and has great products. The staff is always helpful, too.

Ordered Click and Collect. Within 10 minutes received the text that my order was ready. On arriving at the store I was welcomed by Lizzie who was extremely polite and efficient. Within less than 5 minutes I was walking out of the store with my purchase. Well pleased

As a regular customer at the Shrewbury branch of Wickes, I have to say that I always find the staff polite and helpful. Additionally the delivery service is always excellent.

Excellent service all the way through from the design (Simon) to the installation of our kitchen (John). We are delighted with the finished kitchen, it really has the WOW factor.

I had a kitchen fitted beging of April. Lovely job done my Jamie. Extra cost were more than I expected but a lovely kitchen. Only problem is trying to get them to collect the rubbish bags left on the roadside. I get given a date and nothing happens. It's just a bit disappointing. This the 3

George was a fantastic help, we needed lots of compost and soil for school. He very kindly loaded up the trolley and helped with everything we needed. A huge thank you, for all your help

We visited Shrewsbury Wickes where Colin Woodhouse introduced himself and was only too happy to help us with our general enquiry re: kitchens, gave us information on the ramges, talked through some options and we left with a brochure.

A month later we booked an apt with Colin and returned to the store, where Colin made detailed notes of what we liked and wanted and he came up with a cracking design that filled our brief.

We were set to go with the design that had everything that would make our kitchen exceptional, but sadly Wickes no longer have a fitting team in Aberystwyth, so we reluctantly went with a local company that would supply, install the kitchen in it's entirety.

This review is for the excellent customer service, professionalism and wonderful experience we had with Colin Woodhouse, who is a quiet star!

Wonderful store!

Was having trouble finding the plumbing parts I needed to get the drainage sorted on my shed. There was a lad down their his badge said JT. I told him the measurements I was working with and after about 15 minutes I had everything I needed to get it all setup. Didn't even have to bring back any unwanted parts.

Popped in for some plumbing parts, couldn’t find what I was looking for, spoke to a lovely member of staff (Debbie) who found and advised on what I needed, very helpful and great customer service
