Good store, good staff team
Went to get some osmo oil, but had to order as what I needed was not in stock. Arrived next day, discount applied.
In the meantime, the staff were as helpful and friendly as could be. Good store, good staff. Ciaran, in this case, specially helpful.

Well stocked store with helpful staff
We are doing a garage to office conversion so have been in and out of Wickes Southampton in recent weeks. We have found everything we need so far and the staff are extremely helpful. Special shout out to James and Ciaran for their advice on products (James) and reassurance over a particular order (Ciaran).

John was extremely helpful
John was extremely helpful. He helped me choose the right brackets for my shelf size, along with the screws and correct wall plugs. John went above and beyond and make sure everything would go perfectly so I didn’t have to come back. Thank you.

The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, and went above and beyond to help with all aspects of our Bathroom order. Charlotte was especially helpful.
All items were delivered in a timely manner and the delivery process was also very good.

This was the best customer experience I have experienced…
This was the best customer experience I have ever experienced at a Builder's merchant. I returned a plank of decking from a ramp we had made, which was faulty. It was fitted to the ramp and I could not release the plank from the ramp as most of the pozidrives were rounded. I brought the whole ramp in and was given a refund for some of the decking. Nick (Wood cutter) then offered to take the ramp apart and rebuild it for me. He spent nearly 2 hours doing this, with some new decking and I left with a rebuilt ramp. Nick went far beyond the call of duty and I went away a very happy customer. Nick, you are a star, or should I say 5 stars.

Absolutely outstanding
Absolutely outstanding, my daughter broke her bed so I took the broken piece in shop and Nick totally handled and sorted EVERYTHING like bob the builder!!! Picked out the wood measured and cut it and even put holes in it. He was really cool and funny as well. Perfect!!! I will definitely go back. Thanks
