Friendly staff & amazing store
Always has everything I need and the staff are super helpful. A lovely man called Kenny helped me find everything I was looking for and gave me great advice for my project.

Beautiful finished kitchen in Sofia Maritime Blue
The Showroom Kitchen Designer, Ben was both friendly and professional, while listening to what I wanted in my kitchen and went the extra mile to achieve it in my design. The process from design to finished kitchen was fully explained by my designer. Wickes's fitter, Jamie has installed my kitchen beautifully & was very prompt at sorting out any minor issues.

Wood cutting facility
Bought a sheet of 18mm MDF from the Southampton store at a very reasonable price and Nick very kindly cut it into 3 pieces using the in house cutting facility. Without this facility I would have had to have bought my wood from a competitor that does have it.

Ciaran was very efficient and helpful with my click and collect order
I ordered on line and it was ready for collection within 30 minutes. Staff, efficient, friendly and helpful

We avoided an expensive mistake thanks to the the Sharp eyes and first class customer service by Sarah. If all your employees are up to this standard you shouldn't get many complaints.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff
Not local to Southampton, but a regular WICKES customer elsewhere. Staff at this branch were particularly attentive and were actively helping customers in branch, which was great to see.
Charlette was at checkout and provided great knowledge, so I made a further purchase.
Charlette appeared really friendly and helpful in nature, not just to me but to those in the queue ahead of me, and her colleague on the other till- really appreciated!
