Wickes - Southport Avis 

Amazing experience. All the staff we're fantastic and very helpful especially Baljit together with her manager (sorry I didn't catch his name) who didn't hesitate to give us a hand.
Will definitely recommend the store, great prices and theres always someone there to advise you if needed

Came in this evening, impressed with the store layout.
Easy to find the products we needed.
The staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I asked about blue light discount and was guided through the process step by step by a very helpful male staff member (I’m so sorry I never got your name, guy with dark hair).We were served by Ellie who was very helpful and friendly too.
Your staff are a credit.
One criticism I can give is the marketing side of this store. It was only by driving past last week we had noticed the new Wickes store open. Driving up to the store on the main road you would never know it existed.
This will be our go to store In the future.

Warm welcome on arrival and staff helpful and friendly. Craig helped me pick my gutter and down pipe from the racks.

Visited the new Southport store today. Staff very welcoming and friendly, particularly Conor who helped with ordering internal doors and clearly explained the next steps.

Visited the new store on friday, i was helped by craig who was very patient and knowledgable. He helped me pick out paint. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I visited the store today for the first time and was greeted by 2 members of staff as we entered. I asked a member of staff for some help regarding paints and Paul, could not do enough to help and when asked for second time for help with something else, he happily showed me what I needed and asked twice if I needed help taking stuff to the till and even handed me a voucher to use in store as I was spending over £30. I did mention to a manager on leaving how helpful Paul was, and what a credit he is to the company! Thank you very much for all your help!

Can’t believe Southport has finally got its own Wickes store. And the new store is superbly laid out. All the staff that me and my wife met couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 people shone out for their product knowledge and commitment to helping us with our purchases.
A man called Damian, I think a manager in the store, and another man called Conor.
It is such a massive help when you meet people like this as it gives a buyer total confidence when purchasing.
Me and my wife visited and bought 4 times in the first week.

Great range of products and helpful staff a staff member called Nicole helped me set up my trade pro account very efficient and helpful through out the process setting up my registration and app

John who was at the door asked if I needed any help with anything which I did .It was acrilic water proof paint for a metal roof .After checking the products He found the paint I was looking and took me over to where it was ! Very thorough and helpful !
