Wickes - Stafford Avis 

My fiancé and I popped into Wickes Stafford to browse for a new kitchen, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. Deb Mason was an absolute dream to work with - months later, we still pop into the store and say hello. The design process was spot on; we were thrilled with the design- every detail was brilliant and exactly what we wanted. Fitting by Mark was also so simple- and he really put a lot of effort and care into the minutiae.
Our finished kitchen has received so many compliments and we absolutely love it- a lot better than the dark grey, glossy, soulless box we had before!

The designer had good knowledge of the various kitchens and their materials.
Deb Mason quickly planned out the kitchen on the software in store and listened to our questions and thoughts.

Brilliant experience from site visit to coming up with final design. Sarah Astley could not have been more helpful suggesting new ideas and layout for my new kitchen. Maximising space and really thinking about how we will use the kitchen and what we will need as cooks 😊 . Really happy with the decisions and able to view in 3D gave us a real feel of what it will look like. Excited to get it installed and cook my fabulous Sunday roasts for the family . Well done team so friendly and accommodating .

Fantastic service from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised by the choice of units, and working with Deb meant we could tailor the design to suit our needs - even including bespoke items we had sourced separately. Deb was also there for any queries we had once the order was placed. It was great to have that point of contact who understood our design.

For peace of mind we had our kitchen fitted via Wickes. Mark was absolutely fantastic, and paid attention to every detail. He was easy to talk to and explained everything as he went. We had work to do to repair the existing floor tiles and he helped ensure that and the kitchen fitting worked together. As much as we’re delighted to have the kitchen completed we’re also a little sad to see him go!

We’d definitely recommend the Wickes team from Stafford. We feel like we made the right choice.

Great customer service from Deb Mason who helped us with bathroom unit, tap etc. She was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and sorted out alternative colour and plumbing requirements. Very pleased with the quality of everything ordered.

Deb Mason designed a kitchen and bathroom for us a few years ago, with which we were very pleased, so we decided to ask her to do a design for a kitchen in a rental property we have. Deb was super efficient, very helpful and the whole process was completed in a few days. She is always cheerful and friendly.

Having a new kitchen fitted from Wickes in Stafford. Design Consultant Sarah Ashley has been amazing. Explained everything to me helped with what I needed and nothing too much trouble for her. I can highly recommend Wickes and Sarah. So pleased I went there, The price was very reasonable too .👍

I came in to buy a shower enclosure. I was told by staff. Prices are not put out to encourage customers not to shop around. What a disgusting and petty managment of stafford branch. Never use wickes again.

I purchased a kitchen and was really pleased with the whole experience from design to fitting. I was pleased that I chose Wickes as I was given really good advice from the designer Deborah Mason. The fitter they organised for me was really efficient, communication worked well and the whole team was pleasant to work with.

Deb Mason’s customer care is exemplary. She has responded promptly to my queries and dealt with them personally, keeping my updated on progress.
There was a problem with delivery of the worktop (Northampton didn’t have it in stock), but Deb sorted it out. Then there were problems with sone of the units, which she again sorted out promptly. All the time, she was extremely pleasant and reassuring.

Lisa Rushby was excellent in helping us work out what needed to be done in our kitchen. What worked and what didn't. And when it didn't she replanned it so it looked good.

We had our kitchen designed by Deb Mason in the Stafford branch who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The results of our kitchen were amazing and exactly what we wanted. I would definitely recommend Wickes and Deb to design your kitchen.

Sarah’s knowledge, help and guidance in planning my parents’ new kitchen was fantastic. She understood the requirements and made some great suggestions that we would not have thought about. We can’t thank Sarah enough for her assistance, patience and lovely manner throughout the process. The finished kitchen looks amazing. The team that carried out the installation were also great. We found the whole process, from start to finish, to be great – so professional and efficient.

Great advice, not ‘pushy’ very respectful of our wishes!
