Wickes - Thetford Avis 

Needed help to order a product and team member Jayne at the Thetford branch was very helpful and done my order for me . 5 stars

I used the Wickes store in Thetford for the first time toady, due to my local store(Bury St Edmunds not having enough stock of a particular fully finished door I required. After checking online the amount i required was available at the Thetford store. but to my horror when i got there there were only 3 doors available on the shop floor, i needed 5. So i asked a Wickes member of staff if he could check to see if they had any more in the warehouse. he went for a while and upon his return he was carrying 2 more doors completing my order. he apologised for taking longer than he expected, but i said there was no need for an apology, i truly believe younger Ashton went above and beyond completing my order, and he even helped me locate the Valencia handles i was looking for. a true gentleman. Thank you Ashton.

Needed some renovation supplies for my bathroom and other rooms for the house and Nikita helped me find everything I needed. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I had! Fantastic service, Thank you again!!😊

You can usually always find what you need at a competitive price. Staff always helpful especially Jayne who will try to find you an alternative if you cannot find something or will order it in ASAP

Recently been trying to build a hedgehog house as I live in quite a suburban area and a lot of wild life are about at night, recently came into the store in thetford and was helped by a polite woman named Jayne, Jayne was very much obliged to help me find out what paint wouldn’t harm any hedgehogs that were finding shelter in the box. Thank you Jayne

Today when I was in store, I had an issue with looking through the different paints and wondering what would go best with my shed. I was then helped by an employee who told me exactly which paints would look the best with different materials. Then when I went to pay, I was greeted by another employee named Jayne, who had a lovely conversation with me and never once showed a hint of negativity as well as telling me great advice with what I could do with my shed. Overall a positive experience, would shop here for building supplies again.

I went into store and saw a kitchen sink I like which they no longer sell. I spoke to Nicketa who was extremely helpful. I have phoned them today regarding the same item and Katie and David were both extremely pleasant went above and beyond. I cannot rate them all high enough. I never usually leave feedback, but I feel they deserve recognition. Thank you to all of you.

Visited today to get some paint and plugs. I couldn't find the plugs but Jayne very helpfully pointed me in the right direction.

Had all of the materials for a project at a competitive price point, asked by staff if I needed any help.

We had a great experience with Harry Lawrence , we were looking for a new kitchen , he came out to our property to discuss and measure up our requirements , he couldn't have been more helpful , very friendly , polite , professional , it was all marvelous , highly recommended 😁👍 .

I'm dyslexic and struggle with understanding, however I needed to sort my kids bedroom. I a member of staff had seen me staring and looking lost and helped me get the right equipment to get the job done. Forever grateful 🙏 extremely helpful and friendly in this store.

Always find Wickes to be the better option for all our DIY needs locally, good quality items, great customer service, fast and friendly. They are always happy to help. We got our kitchen measured & quoted they were so helpful giving us so many options, no pressure, understanding the families current situation but gave exceptional advice.

I came into the store today with absolutely no clue as to what I should be buying for a home renovation project… and immediately bumped into Nikita. I explained what I was aiming to achieve and had a list of what I thought I needed… turns out I didn’t need half of it! So not only did she point me in the direction of what I actually needed, she also saved me a absolute bomb of money because I was absolutely clueless. If only all staff members in customer service based roles were as welcoming and friendly as Nikita!!

I’ve been to Wickes a couple of times over the last few weeks as I’m doing yet another DIY project. The store always has what I need, the staff are very polite and professional. Nikita is brilliant, she has helped me find exactly what I need, every time, she’s very helpful and professional. She really knows her stuff and if they don’t have what I need in she knows when it’ll be in and will go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need

Fabulous service! A lady called Nikita helped me find what I needed in store .. she was very polite, kind and she had a lovely friendly manner. The staff in store were all very friendly and smiled when walking past them. Nothing is too much trouble.
