Awful company
Had my en suite done, absolutely awful, 7 months to complete, I would never recommend this company.
The customer service department is terrible, there’s no one to complain to, no empathy, no care.
All the items that was ordered takes over a week to come!!!! Then they’re damaged.

Rebuilding my shed
Rebuilding my shed and these guys usually have everything I need when I get the wood and Rosie was very helpful at checkout especially with explaining how to get 10% off

A garden project
Came in today for a few things for a garden project. Was greeted by hannah, asking if I needed some help as I found some panels that had damage she offered to get some replacements from stock. Discussing what I would be doing I mentioned about some lighting, she was very quick to find all the details for several products for me and discuss the options to find something suitable for my needs!

Helpful and friendly staff in store
I have been to the Wisbech store many times over the last few months as I’m renovating a bungalow and have bought loads of supplies there. Rosie has served us several times and is always helpful and friendly.
