Wickes - Yeovil Avis 

Cant speak highly enough of the Bathroom install through the Yeovil branch. Steve did a great job on the design and responded to my requests and feedback with patience and was always keen to help. Andy and his team were clean, tidy, respected my need to work from home and worked around times I needed to keep noise and disturbance down to a minimum. The workmanship is of the highest quality. Faultless. Highly recommended.

Steve Warren was the only one of 3 different kitchen firm designers that understood what I wanted, always ready and able to quickly make the odd adjustment to my suggestions ..
I am now the happy owner of my new fitted kitchen, much admired by family and friends.
The choice of worktop and splashback has increased light and space.

We had been having difficulty sourcing some particular gravel for our garden and we phoned Wickes in Yeovil for advice. Not only did the Manager find the product we wanted but also arranged delivery for the following day. Fantastic .customer service.

Recently visited Wickes Yeovil branch as we were looking for a new kitchen. From our first interaction with Jessica Marsh on their sales team, our experience was professional and excellent . She was friendly and knowledgeable, and guided us through the whole process. We were able to talk through all the options available, and the benefits of various features. The home visit to take measurements and discuss our requirements further was straightforward, unrushed and she took time to answer all our questions. The quote came through promptly and when we went in later to complete the purchase she was happy to adjust the plans to take in last minute changes to suit us. The kitchen components were delivered on time and without any issues. We were installing it ourselves and when we encountered an issue and emailed her, she replied promptly even though she was on annual leave, and made sure her manager contacted us instead so that it was resolved. We had a few bits left over after and she was happy to organise a refund if these and to order another item we needed.
Throughout the whole process her communication with us was excellent and she was efficient and helpful. We would definitely recommend our friends and families to use Wickes and are very happy with the quality and look of our new kitchen.

Wickes Yeovil branch have just completed the installation of our new kitchen and we are delighted with the result. In particular the contribution from Steve Warren who prepared the design for us was exceptional and his professionalism, knowledge and support throughout greatly appreciated. Likewise for the installers. Nothing was too much trouble for Andy Buckland and his team.
It is rare for us to write a review, but when the team overall have delivered to such a high standard we are delighted to pass on our thanks to all.

We had superb support from Wickes for our new kitchen which has now been installed. We changed our minds a few times but nothing was too much trouble.
The entire project was well designed, installed with high attention to detail and daily cleanliness causing limited disruption to our home life. We are very pleased with the outcome.
