The product is absolutely not as advertised. I was unable to cancel it even five minutes after placing my order. It is extremely difficult to get my money back or even to receive an address to return the item to. One of the three dogs I ordered does not work at all. The ones that do work are very basic and bark constantly, producing a very annoying high‑pitched sound.

Their terms and conditions even state: “Our products are not toys and should never be given to children.”

This is a scam. Do not buy it.

Terrible experience. My order never arrived, and every time I contacted customer support, I received a different excuse. First they said they could not find my order, then they suddenly found it, and later claimed it was still in transit, without providing any clear or verifiable proof.

Customer service appears to be completely automated, making it nearly impossible to get a real answer or a genuine solution. After waiting for such a long time, I completely lost trust in this company.

Thankfully, my bank helped me recover my money. My advice is to do your research before buying and read other customers’ experiences carefully. I would never purchase from this company again.

In the end, companies that do not treat their customers fairly always face the consequences.

The product I received is not what they advertise. It’s wayyy different. Much smaller and very basic. No controls to select settings. No AI. The barking is constant. Extremely annoying and unstoppable. No child can play with it! It’s an absolute scam. I want my money back!

They collected the Money on 17th April, promising to deliver by the 30th of April 2026. Today is the 6th of May, and there has been no response. I don't have their contact number, and they have erased the confirmation mail my inbox. wonder how they did it.

Please do not buy this product!!!!! It's a fake advert and they still make a huge profit from you as soon as you place the order.
They refuse to cancel the purchase, even though I tried to cancel 30 mins after purchasing, as I immediately regretted buying the product, as it's obviously a scam. They insist on sending the product because you'll 'Love It'... Then they add a warranty and costly shipping, so they have already made £10... The actual product can be bought off Amazon for £10!!!!!!! So, even when they decided to waive the warranty and refund 50% of the cost, they still make money off us. DO NOT BUY! Trust me, it is that bad!!!!!!!!!!

Sogar der eine Stern ist zu viel. 29.00 euro von wegen. Es stellt sich nach der Zahlung heraus dass das Produkt doch 41 Euro kostet. Man sieht die Summe bei der Bestellung nicht. So ist es wenn man unter druck von kindern bestellt. Trotzdem Finger weg. Wenn auch das Spielzeug so ein Schrott ist, wie beschrieben, dann ist ist das kino groß

Man erhält überteuert eine simple Hundepuppe, die stakst und quiekt. Nix KI- hätte mich bei dem Preis auch gewundert.
Kind hat sich trotzdem gefreut, da klein und „cute“.

Das Teil ist nicht zu gebrauchen.
Nach einlegen der Batterien läuft der Hund und quickt
ohne Unterbrechung.
So ein Mist habe ich noch nie gekauft.

Das hat nichts mit dem zu tun was angeboten wird. Es ist eine Schande diese Seite zu missbrauchen für so etwas. Es sollte ein Geschenk für meine Enkelin zu Ostern sein.
Was ankam war billiges Material nie und nimmer 30 Euro, das kann man auch beim Straßenhändler für 5 Euro kaufe.
Mit KI hat das nichts zu tun .

It's too bad that we cannot give negative stars. This "pup" looks great...from a distance. I have mine grouped together on the arm of a chair and they do look cute. That's where the good notes STOP. As soon as you upack them the first thing to come to mind is, "What the HECK is this thing. I will say one thing about the adds on TV, they did a great job of deceiving the viewer. Imagine a little plastic box, add a plastic ball for a head and five bits of plastic for tail and legs. Now cover the whole thing in fake fur with two beady eyes and a badly stuck piece of red material for a tongue. All it does is little jumps and scrambles and makes a yap sound. It doesn't even feel great to touch. BIG MISTAKE. Stay away from it.
Don't bother trying to return. By the time my "dogs" arrived the return period was long gone.

It’s the fraudulent company. Their product is not at all what is shown on the add. If you want to cancel the order they will refuse to cancel. The review published on their website are not really reviews. Check YouTube for detailed reviews
