I thought I had been scammed for sure. This product was supposed to arrive before Christmas (which is why it's 4 stars, not 5). It did not.
So I started researching and found all these reviews saying it was not a legit company... so I immediately started working with my cc company to dispute the charge. But, wow, it arrived today!! almost three weeks late, but it's here. I corrected the dispute with my cc company. I am looking forward to giving this to my kid for their birthday (instead of Christmas).
Fortunately, it appears they are legit, but perhaps need to figure out the shipping part!
Thank you for being a legit company! I'm excited to try out this 3D pen with my kids!

I wish I had found this site before I placed my order. The items they sent me were ordered for Christmas and arrived on 12/31 despite being guaranteed by 12/22. I ordered 3D pens and they are of the worst possible quality. I bought one for my husband and we were not able to get it to work at all - it is a jinky, small, terrible item that melts plastic at random intervals. The company gave me a partial address outside the US and stated I would have to figure out how to ship it there and pay the costs. I ordered 5 of these horrible pens for kids in my family...now I guess I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it but frustration and useless heaps of plastic. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

My order never came. They sent an order status with a tracking number that was invalid. They sent me a link to a global tracking site that didn't recognize the tracking number they provided. Then after the delivery date is missed, I sent them an email, and they updated the tracking status that finally showed something (en route or something like that) but it's in that state perpetually. The order never arrived a week past the delivery date. The seller is not responding to my emails. I am disputing the charge with my credit card as well as with PayPal. This company is a thief and a scammer.

I ordered 2 3D pens and a skull mug for xmas on dec 6th and paid extra for fast shipping. They took their money plus I also got charged a foreign exchange fee but I still have no products. No phone number to call. I have e-mailed them over and over and no responses. I'm kicking myself in the butt for not reading the reviews. Worst company ever. Nothing but a scam. Either I want my money back or my f*&*** packages. This is crazy. How does a company not a have a phone number to call? Shame on me I guess :(

This company is the worse. Not only did my order not come in time for Christmas, they paid no attention that I cancelled the order when I didn’t receive within the 6-10 days. When I shipped back the unopened package, I paid $60.25 to the UAE not California where it was shipped from. Do not use this company, it doesn’t even have a telephone number.

Worst company ever! I placed 2 orders on 12/7/19 and paid for fast shipping on both orders. Wiki wii guaranteed delivery in 6-9 days with the additional charge. It took 3 full weeks to receive 1 of my orders and I never received the second order. I contacted the company multiple times and no one would respond. Finally after several more e mails I finally received a response saying check with fed ex. According to fed ex there was 1 delivery on 12/28 which was 1 of my orders but my second order was never delivered. I again contacted wiki wii multiple times with order numbers and explaining that I never received my second order but again there was no response. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge for merchandise never received. I also will contact BBB to file a complaint against them. I do not understand how this company is still in business. I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I ordered the 3D pen and 12 extra colors on December 2nd. I than placed a 2nd order on December 5th for an additional 12 extra colors and the 3D Printing Mat Template. Received shipping confirmation for orders on December 6th and December 9th. I paid express shipping for both orders so the items would arrive by December 19th for a Birthday Gift. After checking the tracking numbers, USPS still hadn't received anything from them, I contacted them on the 16th. Never heard a word from them about my orders. Finally on December 20th I received my 1st order. The box the 3D pen was in was extremely damaged. The next day I received my 2nd order but it was missing the 3D Mat Template. Have emailed them four times about the missing item with no response. Never again!

Same thing happened to me as all the others writing reviews on this miserable pack of thieves. They are totally incompetent, totally irrelevant, totally able to steal your money for zilch.

Gotta find a way to warn people about these miserable people.

Ordered a package on 12/9/2019, paid express shipping to receive in 6-9 days. As of 12/24/2019 package has not even shipped. Company printed FedEx label on 12/20/2019, but according to tracking website FedEx has not received package. I'll reach out to PayPal for a refund because it appears that I've been scammed with Consumer Fraud by WikiWii

So, I should have read the reviews first, then not ordered. The entire order took 30 days [was shipped after I sent an email asking where it was] The items were jammed in a bigger box and crushed. Of no use for gifts. The hamster got tossed in the trash where it belonged.

Wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from this now obviously fraudelent company. Same story as the ones previous, ordered, paid, received tracking number that went nowhere, sent emails that were unanswered, no product in hand. Will be reversing charges on my credit card and filing formal complaints with appropriate authorities.....and posting warnings on as many forums as I can find.

I ordered 3D pens and never received them. My emails have been ignored. I would not buy anything from this company. I think they are scam artists

I, too, ordered 2 3D pens and extra colors. I ordered a month ago. Still have not received them. I emailed them like 8 times so far. There is no phone number. I have had no response. I have asked for information as to where my order is. I have asked for a response. I have asked for a refund. I got nothing. I wish I had researched this BEFORE I ordered! Never, ever again! I have learned an expensive lesson. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up ordering one off Amazon. Everyone please beware!! Stay far away from wikiwii!! Scammers!!!!

Ordered 3D pens on 11/23 and received tracking information on 11/24 but fed ex tracking number indicates product never shipped ascot 12/13. Contacted via email with no response and have now opened a dispute through PayPaland they still have not responded.

I ordered a hat and opted for the 6-9 day tracked shipping on 8/29. It’s 9/11 and these terrorists still haven’t sent it. I have since found it on Amazon for cheaper and can get it in a couple days so I asked for a refund being they could not meet the timeframe they committed to in shipping the product to me. Pretty simple right? Just give me the refund I asked for! Here was their first response.

Naturally that sent me into a tailspin so here was my response

“Unacceptable! The item has not shipped and I paid for expedited shipping. You were given the order number in the email and can easily check the status on your end. To simply not check prior to responding and charging a customer prior to shipping speaks volumes of poor business practice. I will be disputing this charge for services not rendered and product not received. Nothing in my prior email asked to check the order as I can get it sooner and cheaper. I only asked for a refund.”

Figured it was pretty cut and dry what I wanted but I came home to this...
“we need 3-4 business days to ship the order, and the shipping time 9 business days.
so you will receive your package within the promised period.”

Anyone good at math can see we are at 9 business days and 13 normal days. Even if you look at it like this, they need 3-4 business days to ship and an additional 9 to get the product to me, then this should have been communicated on the website. It just says 6-9 days fast shipping with tracking. Anyhow I sent another wordy email to them in hopes for a resolve. I’m probably out that money. Please for all that is good in the world DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Spread the word!

Goods not delivered to me or my address.
Ordered a dent remover which stated upto 28 days for delivery. 7 weeks later still no parcel. Contacted the company and the responded that it's on the way. They sent me a tracking number for Yodel and said its been delivered. I contacted the parcel company and they informed me that the tracking number given was for another parcel with a different address and person, stating they had no parcel for my address or name in their system at all. I contacted Wikikii and contacted the seller again with this information and they just kept emailing me that the parcel has been delivered. I asked for my money back after getting somewhat tired of this back and forth business. However, (scam) Wikikii said I cannot get a refund because the parcel had been delivered and they again told me to contact the parcel delivery company. Again I contact the parcel company and they said they know nothing of my delivery. Now Wikikii will not respond to my emails nor give me a refund. The parcel was a signed for delivery so i asked for proof of delivery which again they haven't given me. This is a con and as they just state its been delivered so no refund. I have looked online and there's plenty of other people complaining about the same thing. This is a scam because it Wikikii can claim they have deliver the parcel, however its them whom have a contract with the parcel company and not me but have failed to provide me with proof of delivery. Having read about this type of con/scam its a tried and tested way of stealing customers money by saying its a parcel delivery problem and telling me to contact them and not the sender.

Never again! I went to send a piece back: I receive no answer to my mails and the company does not give any telephone number. I should have get more information before I put the order!

I wish I had read reviews on the company before I ordered from them. The information WikiWii leaves out of their advertising is an enough to keep you from ordering from them. The auto dent puller is a good example of that. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIP FROM CHINA. That means if you order now some time this month they MIGHT be put on a slow boat from China. If you take the more costly expedited option you are only giving WikiWi extra money. You are assuming you are getting a complete kit, with what you need to do the job. WRONG, the specia
l glue is not included!

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Ordered a car dent puller.
No where did they mention that it requires an additional glue gun and glue sticks to work.
When I asked to return the item I am told to return it to Jordan!!

The package came from China.

Buyer beware, their money back guarantee means nothing if the return shipping costs are higher than the purchase price.
