Dreadful customer services
Dreadful customer services, order not fulfilled and kept my money with no contact.
I ordered from Wildflower Trading on 9th October, my order was never delivered and on contacting the company I got a standard email saying they were looking into the issue. After several weeks of hearing nothing I emailed again, to be sent the same standard email. I have today, after Wildflower Trading Ltd having taken the money from my account on 9th October been told that I will get a refund, it has been passed to the Accounts Department who will process the return and then I have to allow 7 days for the funds to appear in my account! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will never order from this underhand company again and I hope that you don't either.
