Unfortunately there was an issue with courier who Couldn’t get address correct. Item was returned to sender & I cancelled the order.
Wildjac apologised for the inconvenience who, after refunding my original payment, sent complimentary order. Good customer service

Delivery is quick and the bottles very well wrapped for delivery.
The non alcoholic gin is delicious . A taste of the berries and bouquet of the best gin.

The Customer Service was great when my order was lost by the courier.
Once I flagged no arrival, they were straight on it.
Not my first order, as the products are amazing! Have tried various Gin, Vodka and Rum. All very nice, and the frugal packs are a perfect refill opportunity at a reduced cost.

The order was made on a Monday afternoon, by Tuesday morning the order was with me. The gin tasted great and I'm really pleased with the product.

My wife loves this gin so when we ran out she had to get some more.
We needed a gift for someone too so what better than another bottle.
The sustainable packaging is amazing and the delivery carton was no different!

My favourite brand since the tasting session! Delivery of my online order was faster than expected. Wildjac tastes great and I love their commitment to the environment using recyclable bottles. It would be great to have a free postage bag for returns.

Straightforward online ordering process and free delivery. Admire the ethics of the business and always recommending them to others. Bought the paper-based bottles for the first time.

My order arrived promptly but unfortunately I was sent the wrong size of bottles.
This was quickly remedied after a phone call to the dispatch company. The correct size bottles were delivered the next day (Sadly the delivery driver took the incorrect ones away😂!!)
