To be honest I don't know how they keep going their total lack of respect, totally ignore your emails and finally their total lack of knowledge on wildlife and conservation. I could go on forever about their ability to do nothing about problems they create but their main issue are, their ability to destroy wildlife habitat, pollute the land they own and finally breach the laws of this land and do absolutely nothing about it and think its ok just to ignore you. So no I don't have any respect certainly for my local one.

The Wildlife Trust are fighting a tough fight against online trolls and conspiracy theorists (the same that think Bill Gates is Dr. Evil). Keep up the good work and thank you for preserving land for nature and the ultimate benefit of us all. Oh - most reviews seem to be about t shirts and by unverified reviewers - all a bit odd.

Some odd reviews on here - mostly about t shirt purchases! I want to thank the Wildlife Trust for doing their best for conservation in an online world filled with bizarre conspiracy theories against them (by yhe same people who think Bill Gates has an alternative, Dr. Evil agenda). Order T Shirt age 7-8 for small 7 year old. Suited better to 4-5 - quality shocking but had promised a save the oceans t shirt to granddaughter so had to buy the 9-10 size and give small one to younger child. Sizing is a judgement but the quality is awful and made in INDIA - why is an organisation like this shipping goods from India ?

Ordered sweatshirt and T-shirts for my son for his birthday - advised would be delivered before the date - no sign of package and no way to contact a human being to discuss.

Shocking lack of knowledge of animal management & land management.
Sheep still unshorn in high summer with temperatures in high 20’s & rising, no daily checks ( in fact it’s often days without anyone checking them), no provision for imminent lambing; only met with surprise when one arrived 2 days earlier than expected so nobody was able to provide care! I’ve seen them dying from scouring due to worms, rescued lambs stuck in wire, watched them being moved by way of fear - being chased by a wailing man on a quad, beeping his horn & swinging a jacket around his head!
Two old ponies put on acres of rich grass developed laminitis which they denied even though it was blindingly obvious. It happened on more than one occasion & nobody came to treat them for days even though I told them it was a veterinary emergency and then they we herded away into another unsuitable field full of equally rich grass.
Also a Hereford cow with a horn growing into the side of its face. When I have voiced my concerns with them they are quite hostile & in complete denial of their shortcomings.
As for the land which they are supposedly rewilding, it looks like a farmer has died & the whole of his land has been left to indeed go ‘wild’. Bracken, thistle, nettle & dock are fast taking over what used to be excellent grazing meadows. There are very few wild flowers & therefore actually fewer varieties of insects & a decline in birds that frequent these meadows, something that they seem to be unaware of (probably because they hardly ever visit).
All in all I’m beyond disappointed in The Wildlife Trust. They do not deserve this land which they bought very cheaply from a retiring farmer who thought they were doing a good deed & is now devastated at the way it is being run. I don’t know how they get away with it.

Joined the Trust at Rye Harbour in East Sussex but the agent allocated me to the Cambridge branch in error instead of Berkshire. I've now received emails and phone calls from Cambridge welcoming me! I've emailed and phoned them but still not fixed. Berkshire are unable to collect my details from Cambridge due to GDPR . An impasse.
And we expect this organisation to represent us in protecting wildlife.

I ordered from them but I only realised afterwards that I hadn't selected the right delivery. They were super responsive to my request for help and bumped up my delivery free of charge, so I could get the item on time. I'm very pleased with it: an organic cotton t shirt with a really good design.

I ordered a sweatshirt costing £45.00 and expected delivery between the 3rd and 6th of December. My parcel did not arrive. I e.mailed a week ago and am still waiting for a reply. I am very disappointed , I would have ordered further items but after this experience and total lack of customer care never again.

Good quality and well designed clothing with ethical and eco ethos, but delivery was a full 7 days from placing order, which is unacceptable. There was a next day delivery icon but not a mention of it at checkout. Friends bday gift was 7 days too late

Saved a bird, handed it to a volunteer just for my equipment to be stolen. Ignored by managers and their volunteers when trying to retrieve my equipment

I was very impressed by a Wildlife Trust chap named Tim Bishop i met campaigning in my local Sainsbury recently and i was motivated to investigate further with regard to a legacy to them ....... however once again like i have found with so many other charities i found the top man gets around £200k pa plus several other highly paid managers ........ and there is no way that i can contribute to such an organisation which takes so many hard working well intentioned persons small contributions to keep a hand full of people in the lap of luxury .....

Tried looking for a clothing review !!! My partner purchased. T shirt size 12 and hoody size 12 for myself as a Xmas present, the TShirt perfect fit plenty of room , the hoody was to small so returned for the 14 , which didn’t seem any different to the 12 which felt more like a 10 , going to order the 16 , which feels very Alien , just seems a waste of energy in the posting , considering trying to be environmentally conscious.

Lovely staff and great information given regarding where my money and donations will be going for when I have the money to donate next month. It’s nice to hear it will be kept local and one of the ambassadors at arrow farm (Owen) was so friendly and helpful

I’m appalled! They’re other humane ways of managing this and this should be looked into such as fertility control research .
I also learnt that you recently ignored help with a local toad crossing .

Crickley Hill parking scam is ruining this beauty spot. Employing a dubious parking control company that does not provide the service needed for people to pay for parking (Parking meter isn't working, and Ringo does not recognise the parking code) but will not accept your appeals.

I love the Wildlife Trusts and all they do for our natural spaces. I've long been enjoying a membership, and I appreciate their concern for accessibility while conserving natural habitats. Anywhere on the GPS labelled as a Wildlife Trusts location is always a safe bet for a stop on a nice day.

You have the time to organise and fund staff and a marquee in my local town , yet you don’t have the time to help with funding for a protected species crossing ( toads) !
I will not support you.
I find it odd that you would also hire staff who clearly have no interest in our wildlife when they’re many people that have a huge passion for it .

Don't visit Crickley Hill in Gloucester unless you want to be scammed with big parking fine. We visited paid £3 and entered our car registration. Happy to pay this as its a good cause and I testing walk. We did not get a ticket issued but thought that was OK as it was a camera and registration recognition system. We thought all was OK so had a walk and visited the cafe thinking we had supported a good cause. We then a week later get a parking fine from Minster Baywatch for £ 60 we appealed and they can't prove we did not pay but we still get fined £100 now if we appeal further. Its a parking rip off and shameful that the wild life Trust supports this. Lots of similar reviews that proves the technology is faulty but you have to pay if you are an unlucky one that gets this treatment. Just avoid the place if you don't want to risk a fine like many others have since this technology was put in place.
