Stuart Urwin was extremely informative and helpful when it came to answering my many questions. He also went above an beyond to sort out additional requests such as removal of furniture and replacement of old and damaged furniture

Absolutely terrible. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Emails go unanswered. Random unexplained invoices are sent out. The lights are on but no one is at home.

Shocking company. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered multiple times. Each time they call the assure you that action will be taken …and nothing.
They manage to contact you to send the bills though…funny that.
