Annual service on both our alarm systems carried out without fuss or bother, super efficient technician, Knew his stuff and answered all my questions as he went through his checks. Wilson alarms have always been good, reliable, prompt and thorough with there maintenance of our alarm systems.

Wilson Alarms took over the regular maintenance and servicing of my alarm system a few years ago. I have always been really happy with the service they offer - reliable and responsive.
They get in touch to remind about servicing, but they don't bombard you with emails, or try to sell new systems.
Value for money, with friendly and efficient engineers, offering a service that I'd recommend.

It was the usual technician that come most years and we had no problems. Very satisfactory. Your accounts department needs to make sure I get an invoice, not just a final demand on the day before payment is due.

The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly. Completed the service quickly with no issues.

Wilson Alarms took over from my previous contractor for the private alarm system service and operation. As has been noted, other suppliers were cheaper, but I guess in the days of higher taxes, costs etc the price was going to go up (looking around they are about average). After a few teething issues with my handover to Wilson this service has been very good; last year not so good. However, the person whom came was diligent and thorough, same again please.

It was Sunday morning early and we had an engineer come out within the hour and sorted the fault out in no time.

Usual excellent service from James. He was on time, efficient and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.

Well where do I start....undergoing major extension and Wilson Alarms were able to turn it around on a sixpence for me to get an Operative in to sort whilst plasterers were there! Thank you once again Wilson alarms. Top service as usual.

Wilson Alarms engineer arrived on time and quickly proceeded to check the master and slave alarm boards. Kevin has been our regular engineer for many years and always explains what he is doing and if there is any additional work needed, which is rare.
