Very disappointing experience. The company makes the installation process look simple, but in reality it is extremely difficult for anyone without professional experience. Despite carefully following the instructions and watching the tutorial videos multiple times, the rear windscreen tint was ruined during installation. Only afterwards was I told that a heat gun is essentially required, which was not made sufficiently clear before purchase.

To make matters worse, the installation kit was poor quality. The side mirror tint developed bubbles even when applied carefully, making the final result unacceptable.

What disappointed me most was the customer service. Instead of standing behind their product or offering a goodwill replacement, they simply offered to sell me another tint at a discount. After spending my money and following their guidance, I was left feeling that the entire purchase was a waste.

I cannot recommend this product to first-time users. The advertising creates the impression that installation is straightforward, but the reality is far more complicated and expensive if anything goes wrong. Overall, this was a frustrating, disappointing, and unsatisfactory experience.

Had a mix up with my order and issues with Royal Mail.

It was quite the fiasco, but customer service resolved it quickly for me. This is the hallmark of a decent, trustworthy company.

3 yes ago I tinted my car, first of all they send me pre cuts that were not for my car, after a good bit of arguing they send me new ones. Im now looking at the car, and though something was off, they have over time faded and almost back to fully clear. Awful quality.

After sales help was non existent in my experience, I followed the guidance of the video to the letter and bought the slightly more expensive tint for "ease" of installation. Unfortunately I had issues with big air bubbles around the edges of the film that wouldn't go away, I messaged to ask for advice on what I could have done wrong to see if I can try again more successfully and was met with radio silence.
I noticed that the 5 star reviews are often about swiftness of delivery and sales advice, because that's the best you're going to get. Good luck.

Great Service delivered as promised

Dont waste your money with these ,one piece had a crease which was replaced then the boot film was too small contacted seller for a replacement so i could complete the job ,they never sent it but refunded me so couldnt complete the job then ignored me .Email sent to Tom and no reply .Gave me a ebay link so i could buy just the one piece at a discount price which i shouldnt of had to as it was cut too small but wasnt discounted it was the same price as for any other buyer and was out of stock again messaged them on ebay and again no reply ,There scam you no reply then they blocked me Avoid

Honestly, pay a proffesional to do it, cut the first one out prepped the window as per video, started to rub it down to get water off and it split, also wouldn't stick to the bottom of the window, havnt even tried the rest and won't bother, waste of money

I have been tinting windows for over twenty years and foolishly decided to not listen the awful reviews on here.

Firstly this tint is not fit for purpose if your glass has ANY type of curvature to it!
It is like tissue paper and creases as soon as you look at it.

And please do not try to heat shrink it! As you will find it does not comply to any heat due to it being like tissue paper.

Like other people I had no reply to email asking for a refund and the film has now gone in the bin!

Had my order deliverd but was missing the back window tint..phone them atrate away was told ill send it out strate away for you but still not recived it from them

The window tint film supplied was of very good quality and arrived in great condition the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the delay in sending the product out and the number of phone calls to chase the delivery. Once despatched the product arrived next day.

Great company, fantastic products, rapid delivery, perfect and helpful after sales support. What’s not to like.

Don’t waste your money like I did.
I bought what was supposedly the top quality carbon tint which you pay extra for and I paid for pre-shrunk so it should have fitted straight on without any issues, The product was neither top quality or pre shrunk. I did everything exactly the same as the demo videos using the solution and the fitting kit and it was impossible to get the fingers out from behind the tint so it definitely wasn’t pre-shrunk, I don’t own a heat gun thats why I paid for the pre-shrunk, so the tint ended up creasing whilst applying gentle pressure with the squeegee, once it’s creased it’s ruined so the whole thing ended up in the bin.
Not an easy task even for someone experienced, Don’t waste your time or money with this product. Gutted all that money has gone in the bin and I doubt I will get a refund.

Easy to use website, good prices, helpful customer service, sorted a little issue in a good, professional manner. The cutouts fit perfectly, easy to fit, as a DIY-er I nearly done it perfectly!😁

What a waste of money. Purchased a precut set for my BMW.
10 attempts to fit the rear screen. Didn’t fit / didn’t take into account the curvature of the screen nor the trim. Panel damaged after so many attempts.
Then the rear side windows (no door frame) - the windows drop when opening the door which makes the film crumple everything you open the doors - and as before, completely damaged the tint film.
Completely disappointing and a waste of my money.
