Wing Mirror Man Avis 

Ordered a mirror for wife’s car - I got the wrong one, which was my fault. Returned the part in original box as per instructions. They received the part, issued a reimbursement order, I never received the money, they said case completed. They do not respond to messages. I conclude they are either incompetent or dishonest. From other reviewers having the same problem, which is it?

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, particularly Joshua who is rude and doesn’t belong in your company. From other reviews I have read, I’m not the only customer who feels this way.

Worse company I have ever dealt with.
I made an order in February then due to misleading information from the company I cancelled it.
Guess what I haven’t received my refund till now.
I keep calling they say you will be refunded next couple of days

Faulty wing mirror supplied: the electric motor jams the mirror closed and won't open. The motor mechanism seems to stick inside the casing with noise, and requires excessive force to release, causing the mirror to then swing out of position the other way. After struggling to adjust to the correct position, it's now permanently stuck in position. I spent nearly £300 on the wing mirror, spray paint of wing mirror cover & door fitting. Their customer service wasnt interested, rude and unhelpful, demanding the return of the (magically unfitted) wing mirror before attempting replacement—by their own account, the new one might be faulty too. This company is a rip-off, with Support immediately quoting UK consumer laws instead of attempting to solve problems. Avoid them at all cost!

Ordered a porsche cayenne wing mirror glass for a customer and paid extra delivery. Then i called to ask they said after bank holiday Monday in August so Tuesday i would receive. Come Tuesday nothing then they said oh its not in stock we are waiting on shipment should be with you on the same week on Friday. Still nothing. Call them up again and they said theres shipment problems will arrive following week, you guessed it right nothing again. Now they are taking over 2 weeks now to process my refund. This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with.

Only put one star because it wouldn't let me put less....Ordered a wing mirror repeater for Kia picanto and paid for express postage...A week later got in touch by email as I'd not yet received a dispatch email only to be sent back a generic email saying they would be in touch...Had to call them as as I'd not received anything another week later and got one from somewhere else to be told I could cancel my order but I had to do it using an online form which I did... Yesterday got email from Royal mail saying bits coming today...😵‍💫😵‍💫and it's just arrived.. So their system allowed me to pay for the item and 48hr postage when the item wasn't in stock and it's now a month later it's arrived even after canceling my order can't wait to call them on Monday to see what they have to say 😁😁STEER CLEAR 👍👍

I have been trying to cancel an order for multiple weeks now. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of purchase. The customer service is extremely poor, their communications slow and inaccurate. Their website functions very badly, the navigation is dreadful and the design is just amateur looking. I regret placing an order. You have been warned.

Ordered a wingmirror beginning of July 2025. With a date beginning, beginning of July which I thought was a long time considering they said they have it in stock..day comes and goes, I email, I call, I chat with the bot, after days of trying I finally get told its been delayed for a few weeks.
So again, I wait, again no communication, so I call. They say my order was forgotten and somehow got lost in the system. I say I just want my money back, they take details, I fill out the form and was told it would take a few days.
2 days later I get a call saying the needed my details again.
I wait a full week for a refund, nothing. I call up and they say its with the accounts department processing. I wait another week, I call again. And im told exactly the same!
I ask to speak to the manager as I am out of pocket £75 since beginning of July. Was told they are in a meeting and ive heard nothing.
Noone cares, terrible customer service, I just want my money back for an order they didnt complete.

Wow, don't think I have ever experienced such poor customer service before. Great, friendly service when placing an order, but after this, a rapid deterioration. Goods still not received 2 weeks after placing an order, despite assurances being made to me of a quick delivery when the order was placed. Charged in error twice for the goods but a refund still outstanding for the overpayment. Phone calls and emails not answered. I will be really surprised if the goods turn up at all!

I wish I had read reviews - I am also waiting for many weeks to be refunded - very similar story to others - I would avoid this company!

Ordered a mirror on the 6th June, told them them it’s needed for 4th August, they said no problem, still not received by today’s date 2nd September, got lied too on multiple occasions, submitted for a refund after the 4th August, ignored the request saying they never received one, avoid this company I ended up getting one within a week from someone else online

Part-delivery, no response to multiple chasing messages via text, email and phone..useless customer service.
Company has been investigating the part-delivery since last Tuesday with no effective response or constructive communications = impossible to deal with. Will be seeking refund via my credit card

Just an appalling company, full stop and one I highly recommend you totally avoid at all costs.

In my experience, their flashy website is as legally close to a scam as is possible.

If the wing mirror is “in stock” and it seems, all Wing Mirror units alway are - it’s likely a lie.

If they promise delivery in 48 hrs, unpainted, 72 hrs painted, it’s likely another lie.

If they “promise to reach out to you”, after they’ve had your cash and ONLY THEN told you, the part isn’t actually in stock and on back order with a 10-13 day turn around…

It’s further lies.

They will neither reach out to you, and the 10-13 day turn around to delivery? DON’T MAKE ME LAUGH, PLEASE.

TRY TWO MONTHS!!!!!

Their phone was ALWAYS engaged.

They DO NOT answer their emails.

I strongly advise an alternative choice of action…

Go to a salvage yard - they will have what you want (or via their databases can point to to another that does), it will be considerably cheaper and the part in decent nick. They are approachable, and above all, TRUTHFUL…

…AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED PROMPTLY.

Worrying. Send not working item, say they will replace as soon as in stock, now in stock 11 days…. No real movement on this. Have offered to take a refund and lose the amount I paid locally for fitment…. Oh no leave with us, will update if I have to remove that star!!!!!

Had to order two wing mirrors as quickly as possible so opted for a company that had them in stock and could offer fairly quick delivery. Roll on 2 months later and I have not received any items from this company. I have now been refunded by my credit card company and fitted mirrors that I ordered from AliExpress which arrived in a matter of days after ordering. My order status still shows as awaiting stock however the website still shows the items as available for next day delivery. The worst sort of company.

Ordered a part that said in stock. Spoiler: it wasn’t. No emails, no updates, just me chasing them on the phone if I wanted any information. Each time I called, I was given a new “restock date,” which then came and went. Cheers for that.

Two months later, the part finally appears. I raise a ticket to cancel the order. A few days later they ship it anyway. Called up, and customer service was more interested in explaining things than listening, which was not helpful. I needed to fill out a different form. Oh great.

Honestly, the whole thing felt needlessly painful from start to finish.

Hurrendous company to deal with!
I have been in the motor trade 25 years, and dealt with a lot of companies in that time. I am always polite and patient.
However, this company are next level useless.
First door mirror I bought was 2 weeks lead time - no problem. 10 weeks later I finally got through to them and it eventually arrived. Fortunately I have VERY understanding customers, because this part was NOT refundable!

Second part I bought from them was a pair of wing mirror indicators which are incorrect and don’t fit on the vehicle it is advertised for. They used a library picture to show a genuine part as the pattern part. I ordered the pattern part and it was wrong. No problem, so I sent it back. I have been waiting for a refund of £72.76 plus postage for just under 4 months!
I have sent several emails, tried calling and I get an answering machine at 2pm saying offices are now closed.
I used the online chat several times, and the agent said I would get an email to confirm that my refund had been processed.
Well I haven’t had a single email for months!
On my online account it says the return has been received and the refund has been processed - it hasn’t!

It’s only £72 ish, but I’m very upset with the way this company just ignores emails and phone calls.
My guess is, it’s someone in a bedroom running their company and it’s all got out of hand.
Just because you have a posh website with a live chat bot, doesn’t make you a good business!

It doesn’t look like I will ever see the money refunded, and it doesn’t seem that I will ever get through to these people to get it!

Do not use this company!!!!
I have now been waiting for over 2 months for a refund.
Despite several emails and phone conversations promising that the money will be in my account I am still waiting!

Not even 1 star! Waited 30 days for a refund on a product that was in stock when they took our money. Then it became clear it wasn't even in the country!
Communication is horrendous and it's as though they recognise your number and block it!When trying from a friends phone they allow the call!

Finally received refund today, day 30, after threatening legal action and to also involve the bank. They wouldn't allow PayPal payment despite it saying so on the website!

Asked to speak to management but none available. Had a phone call from a man who was a manager. Attitude absolutely disgusting! No apology for the delay in issuing a refund.

Total cowboys!
